Zachy's house fund

A few months ago, Zach set out on the trip of a lifetime, to travel South America. He climbed mountains, endured treacherous weather, made new friends and was having the time of his life. Anyone who follows Zach on social media was able to follow along on his journey and enjoy it with him.
Before he left, Zach decided to put his house up for rent so that he could be worry-free on his travels.
This week, it was discovered that the individuals renting his house have destroyed it. Toilets & vanities smashed, walls punched in, profanities written all over the walls and on top of it all, furniture and appliances have all been stolen.
Because the renters willfully destroyed the property, insurance is not covering any of it. There is upwards of $50,000 in damages that Zach is now responsible to pay out of pocket. He not only has to cut his trip short but now has to come home to this HUGE unexpected expense.
