Yogi & his family @ Londis in Baldwins Lane

Overnight on Tuesday 26th March Yogi’s shop was burgled.  Over £18,000 worth of stock was taken, mostly cigarettes, alcohol, stamps and cash from their till.  The front metal shutter was broken, the front door glass smashed, the till was forced open, the cigarette cabinet door ripped off and other damage to the shop inside too.  All this adds to the monetary loss to this hardworking family who are kind and friendly to all at all times.  Yogi and wife and shocked and upset, insurance will probably pay out £2000, but premiums will inevitably now go up adding to the overall loss to the these lovely people.
