WSP Pride in the Park
Donation protected
We're excited to celebrate the diversity of West St. Paul with the first ever WSP Pride in the Park on June 30th, 2019. We’d love for you to join us at Southview Park in West St. Paul from 12:30pm to 4:30pm.
This is solely a volunteer-run event with an available budget of nothing. We're relying on donations for everything this year as we start a tradition of celebrating our LGBTQ+ community.
We're not sure how many people to expect given it's our first year, but we want to make sure everyone that comes has a great time. We want to them count down the days until next year and bring their friends.
We've already been reaching out to West St. Paul and other surrounding cities for silent auction donations in an order to continue raising money.
We want to move this event forward to an annual celebration of our LGBTQ+ friends, family, and community and we feel confident we can do that with a few dollars. Any funds we raise will go towards providing lunch and treats to attendees, provide entertainment for kids and adults, purchase WSP Pride in the Park buttons for people to take and wear proudly, marekting, decorations, facility and other miscellaneous rental fees.
As a community, we're incredibly excited to able to celebrate our diversity and appreciate any support.
If you're in the Twin Cities, we'd love to have you swing into West St. Paul for the day! Our Facebook event is here: https://www.facebook.com/wsppride/.
