STOP Wolf Run Development Rezone

Please help us STOP the Rezoning and Development of Wolf Run Golf course!!
As you may be aware, the owner of Wolf Run is trying to sell the course to a developer who would replace the course with 200 apartments, 320 plus homes, and retail sites! Only 160 acres of the course are buildable so that is 320 homes on 160 acres. This would change the area around the course drastically by increasing traffic, crime, and could possibly deteriorate home values. A development of this magnitude within a very limited space will definitely cause disruption within the local community!
The owner and developer are trying to have the land REZONED from rural residential to residential. This Planned Urban Development would bring water and sewer to this area and would open the door for more and more developers to infiltrate our community.
In order to fight this proposed development and to preserve the natural beauty and the rural feel of Union Township, the community members have hired an attorney to oppose this development and for our voice to be heard! This will allow us to make sure we are prepared, organized, and in the best position possible to oppose and stop this development. This development affects more than just the adjacent property owners but affects people within miles of Wolf Run. We need the support of everyone in the nearby community and are therefore asking for financial support from those who feel strongly about maintaining the rural quality of life we have come to love. Please make any contributions here on this GoFundMe page and share with others you believe oppose this project. Any donations that are not ultimately used to pay for this attorney in this case will be returned and redistributed to the donors appropriately for their contribution.
