Why would we vote to TAX something that is already BANNED?
Because Measure C isn't about the TAX.
It is about OVERTURNING the BAN on Commercial Marijuana Cultivation near our Homes!
We formed the "COMMITTEE TO PROTECT SAN BENITO COUNTY - NO ON C " (# 1405095)
to drive awareness of the TRUTH about DECEPTIVE MEASURE C and to get the vote out AGAINST MEASURE C in San Benito County.
Our Goals in the No ON MEASURE C campaign are to:
* Preserve our Environment.
* Preserve our Quality of Life.
* Preserve our Neighborhood Safety.
* Keep our Air Clean.
* Preserve the present County BAN commercial marijuana cultivation near our rural ranch homes.
The San Benito County Board of Supervisors have stated that if Measure C passes, they will overturn the ban on commercial cultivation in the County and there is NO regulation in place to ban this activity next to our rural ranch homes!
