Summary: It's time for the Vegan Batman Light to expand across the USA and create Hub Cities with Local Vegan Batman Crews and we need your support. Money donated goes to support the cost of equipment in the Local Chapter and training Vegan Batman Crews on how to engage with the public and how to engage with Law Enforcement.
The Founder's Story: A 7 year Vegan and activist who wanted to take activism to the next level. The founder wanted to use her knowledge in Advertising and innovation from her 14 year career in tech to figure out how to capture as many eyeballs towards Veganism as possible. And so, she figured out how to create equipment that projected GIANT MESSAGES on blank walls and thus, the Vegan Batman Light was born. :) And now it's time to expand the Vegan Batman Light across to Local Chapters.

What it is: The Vegan Batman Light is this new, cool form of activism that hijacks the advertising model and incorporates GIANT Vegan Messages into busy traffic areas . The light can be projected on walls LEGALLY and can expand to a size of up to 75ftx75ft. We've heard people can see this light and read it clearly from a 1/2 mile away.
Famous Abbot Kinney - Venice, CA
During each event 1,000's of people see our messages. We started this in our hometown of Los Angeles, a city of 4 million people and we pick super HIGH TRAFFICKED AREAS like: Lakers' Stadium (Staples Center), the famous 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica, Hollywood, Abbot Kinney and even do stunts over the Freeway, stopping thousands in Friday night traffic. We have fun capturing our interactions on Camera and you see people sometimes changing on the SPOT.

Method: Draw people in with the light and talk TO them...not AT them and asking them how they feel about the message, as well as getting them to understand what animals are going through. Finally, we challenge them to take accountability and go Vegan. Many take our Vegan Cheat Sheets and even later join our Vegan Batman Light Group to show their willingness to change.
This method has worked so well with driving random strangers to Veganism, and because of that we get a lot of requests to go visit other cities, as well as people reaching out to start local chapters...so it's time to expand, but we need your help.
Let's Expand!! The founder, so far spent her own money and could multiply this recipe of activism with your support. Each set of equipment costs roughly $2k and the following 3 hub cities are within reach with your support: Las Vegas, Phoenix and Portland. We will create trained and vetted Vegan Bat Crews that will abide by the recipe and commit to doing activism consistently across that city.
Our Goal: To only get the amount of money that drives more activism. The amount is for 3 Local Chapters to be created and trained. Your money goes directly to more activism. Any extra money will go into more equipment to drop off in different cities to start their own Local Chapter of the Vegan Batman Light to which we will help them with the different equipment necessary. Let's Veganize the USA and aim to cut the umbilical cord of Demand from all Slaughterhouses by utilizing the same strategies as Advertising & Marketing companies do: Eyeballs.
Why we do what we do: Most of us were born into eating meat and dairy and never once thought about the Ethics of our choices. Most people make their decisions about eating meat behind the safety of a Grocery Store Counter or Restaurant, disconnecting them from the abuse they pay for. The founder of Vegan Batman Light has been to the LA slaughterhouses and has seen first hand the abuse that animals go through and uses the Vegan Batman Light to reconnect the public to the version of themselves that TRULY LOVES ANIMALS.
