A girl & her dream

I'm not very good at this. In fact, I have a pride issue that I am working on, when it comes to asking people for help, but I honestly think that this is a blessing that my children deserve to be apart of. Today I received the official letter anouncing my daughter's qualification for the NFL Nationals Punt, Pass, and Kick Competition. Not only did she qualify, but she is ranked #1 in the nation currently (Joh'nea Donahue in case you would like to verify my story) My daughter is 11 years old and she is one of my 10 biological children. In addition to 10 biological, I have raised several other children, as well as I have literally hundreds of kids that I love as my own. Joh'nea, aka Nae Nae is well known by many people in our city (Fort Wayne) who are associated with sports, because she give 110% effort in every sport that she plays or has played. She plays basketball, baseball, softball, flag football, tackle football, cross country, and track. She has made the Allstar team, received the MVP award, and/or placed in 1st in every sport that she has played, and she has never had any outside training other than from myself, my boyfriend, and/or her older siblings, other than her coaches. She has a great attitude, she is a great team leader, and she is also very smart. Since Nae Nae has qualified and ranked 1st place in the Nation for the Punt, Pass, and Kick Competition, she and I will be flown to Orlando, FL and our stay will be from Jan 27-30. We will have paid tickets to Disney World and also she will be recognized during the NFL and Pro Bowl. All this is great and I am excited, but Nae Nae said that all she wants for Christmas is for her siblings and my fiance to go, so they can have a trip that they all deserve, as well as there will be there to witness and support her. I've raised most of my children as a single mother, but I was blessed with a great man 2 years ago, who has treated my children as his own. I didn't work for almost 6 years, due to health issues that I am trying to overcome, but I have been working at our local high school for the past serveral months and I love it, because helping young people is my passion. Anyways, I guess long story short, my truck recently broke down, and will be in need of $1,000- $3,000 in repairs, so even though I do have a great man on my side, he is unable to pay the bills and fund the trip, so I was hoping that some of you could help me make my children's dream come true. I hate to keep writing, but I need to give you a few other reason why they deserve this.
March 24th, 2015 my oldest son Charley Allen, 21, was shot in the head 4 times by someone who was once called a friend of his. Without all of my children's support, I would have not been able to make it through. Not only did I make it, but my son was blessed to survive the shooting. My children watched their brother on his death bed and have had to hold him through his recovery, through his many seizure, due to the bullets in his brain.
November 2015 my 20 year old son Chris Allen was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease and UC. He had emergency surgery last year as well as another emergency surgery last month. He is a wonderful son and a great father to his 2 year old daughter, but has been unable to work for the past 2 months, so he had to come back home, until he is able to get back on his feet. He also helped care for his brother.
My 18 year old daughter is so amazing. She was the one who was at the hospital with Charley whenever I had to leave to take care of the younger children. She also provided care for her brother during his recovers. Her 7th grade year she had brain and spinal surgery, because at 5 least of children, as well as myself have a brain condition called a Chiari Malformation.
I'm not asking for anyone to feel sorry for me or my children, but I am just giving you some background, because my children have overcome so much adversity and I feel like they deserve so much more than what I currently have to offer. If you have the means and if you are able to help me make their dream a reality, it would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you for all of you lover and support, and please remember Johnea's name, because my Baby is destined for greatness. Johnea Donahue aka Nae Nae!!! Write it down. Lbs ❤ I hope that you all have a beautiful and blessed day and please share this on your FB or wherever possible. Thank you in advanced.
