My name is Troy, and I am a recent Ostomy patient who received my stoma on March 31, 2026, under the care of Dr. Yair Lotan at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX. Experiencing the challenges of living with an ostomy firsthand inspired me to seek a better solution—not just for myself, but for millions of others facing similar struggles. I am the owner and inventor of the TASI bladder system, the world's first fully artificial implantable human bladder "organ". Unlike existing "devices", and medical techniques, TASI is designed to fully replicate normal bladder functions in every phase, offering hope for a future where ostomy patients can regain dignity and live without the limitations imposed by current medical alternatives. The TASI is currently under U.S. nonprovisional Patent Pending status, Application Number 19/656,943, and is being considered for research by Dr. Yair Lotan, Chief Urologist and vice-chair at UT Southwestern Medical Center. The invention has received strong support from Medical Doctor, surgeon, and PhD-trained scientist, Dr. Gayane Badalian-very, who first introduced TASI to Dr. Lotan and UT Southwestern for collaboration. Funds raised through this campaign will help increase awareness within the ostomy and cancer communities, develop educational materials and patient advocacy resources, support intellectual property protection and legal groundwork, advance early-stage development and collaboration efforts, and amplify patient voices demanding better solutions. I am asking for your support to help restore dignity and hope for millions of ostomy patients by funding the TASI artificial bladder. Your contribution will help bring this life-changing innovation closer to reality.

WJAM Streaming Radio was created to preserve the heritage of traditional R & B classics in a broadcast environment that's internationally accessible, while remaining free of annoying advertising and commercial sales offers. As the only radio station in America dedicated solely to the preservation of black music, WJAM stands as a beacon for those who cherish the rich history and soulful sounds that have shaped generations. Our mission is to keep these timeless tracks alive and available to listeners everywhere, honoring the artists and the culture that brought them to life. To continue this important work, we are raising funds to meet payroll for our dedicated on-air personalities, pay artist royalties, and support the expansion of our broadcasting capabilities. Every dollar raised helps us ensure that the voices and music of the past are not lost to time, but instead are celebrated and shared with new audiences around the world. Your support will directly impact our ability to keep WJAM Streaming Radio running strong and true to its mission. The music from yesterday's Soul Train and tuner radios has become the digital classics of today, but we still deliver the old school passion for the artists and songs that are currently unavailable from auto algorithms. These algorithms can never connect to, or replicate, the emotions that these songs hold. Thank you for helping to preserve our musical heritage and for joining us in keeping the spirit of R & B alive for future generations.
