<div>We are in the process of applying for US Visas for Hannah and Samuel. To accomplish this, we need to show that the family has the necessary funds for travel to and from the US. Help Hannah and Samuel Secure US Visas

<div>My name is Cadance White, and I am a student at Liberty University. This Spring Break, I felt a calling to dedicate my time to serving the Lord. After learning about Cru in an evangelism class, I knew I had to get involved. I invited some friends to join me, and together we went on a mission trip to Daytona, Florida. There, we received training in evangelism and spent each day sharing the good news with those around us. This experience deepened my faith and confidence, and by the end of the week, I felt the Lord asking me to step out in faith and commit my summer to full-time missions.

<div>Through prayer and guidance, I was led—along with several friends from Daytona—to join a month-long summer mission trip to Valencia, Spain with Cru in June. This opportunity will allow me to continue sharing the gospel, grow in my faith, and serve alongside a dedicated team. The funds raised will help cover travel, lodging, and ministry expenses. Thank you for joining me in answering this calling and making a meaningful impact in Spain.

<div>In Spain, we will be sharing the good news and building relationships with students at the University of Valencia. We will go out each day and meet with the English club there, learning the culture and religious background of the college students, all with the goal of making disciples. The religious background in Spain is heavily catholic. The Spanish See religion as a thing of the past that modernism has enabled them to move past. Many people are not open to Christianity because of the similarities to Catholicism. There are also heavy Jewish and Muslim influences. 41% of Spaniards do not claim a religion, and around 60% of young people in pain claim no religion. According to 2025 stats, around 2% o the population are evangelical Christian’s.

Help Cadance Share the Gospel in Spain with Cru this June

Cadance, my daughter, grew up on the mission field in Uganda, where she developed a heart for sharing her faith and serving others. Now a student at Liberty University, Cadance has continued to pursue her passion for evangelism. She is currently taking an Evangelism course and spends her Saturday mornings with the Evangelism club, going door to door to connect with people and share hope.

 Recently, Cadance learned about an incredible opportunity to join CRU for a Spring Break mission trip to Daytona Beach, Florida. She felt called to be part of this outreach, knowing how much the area needs encouragement and the message of the gospel. Cadance has already registered for the trip and is eager to join other students in spreading hope and love to those she meets.

 We are raising funds to help cover Cadance's travel, lodging, meals, and training for this mission trip. <div>Dillans home caught fire early this morning. 08/27/2023 Luckily him and his dad made it out in time. Sadly, within minutes his home and belongings were a total loss. He lost everything he owned besides the clothes on his back. He lost all of his grandfathers sentimental items, including all of his hunting and fishing equipment. Multiple vehicles destroyed, and his garage. I’m hoping to raise some money to hopefully help get them back on their feet and to replace some of the items needed for him to get to work every day. Anything is appreciated!

<div>Last night we received a call that no one ever wants to receive. My brother in law was found unresponsive by his 7 and 5 year old sons. Despite a quick response from paramedics, he was unable to be revived, leaving behind a legacy of love and dedication to his family.

<div>Ervin worked tirelessly to care and provide for his 3 children and his partner, Gabrielle. He strived to create a happy and stable home for his family. His love for his family was evident in everything he did, from attending his kid's school functions, spoiling his girlfriend with flowers and gifts, cooking their favorite meals and never missing an event where family was gathered.

<div>His passing has left a profound void in the lives of all who loved him. We will miss his smile, his laugh, his compassionate warm heart, his humour, his stories and his unwavering love for his friends and family.

<div>We ask for prayers as we navigated this difficult time but we are also in need of funds for funeral expenses. Unfortunately, Ervin did not have a life insurance policy and the funeral and associated expenses are beyond what we can afford at this time. <strong>Devan Brunk</strong>, our granddaughter,  is a 13 year old student at William Byrd Middle School  who suddenly collapsed on the morning of November 9, 2019. With no movement from the waist down, she was rushed to Lewis Gale Clinic in Salem and later transported to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in Roanoke Memorial Hospital. After a few weeks of multiple tests, scans and MRI's it was concluded that she has an infection called <strong>Transverse Myelitis</strong>, which is an infection of an unknown source that causes the spinal cord to become inflamed  and results in paralysis from the waist down.<br /><br /><strong>Devan </strong>is currently in the Children's National Hospital in Washington DC and has been told that the infection has gone away and they are now assessing the damage done to the spinal cord.   The plan now is for her to be transported back to Roanoke Rehabilitation Center on December 4th to begin aggressive physical therapy and to hopefully (prayerfully) get full mobility back. <br /><br />The family's immediate need is for reliable transportation for them to go to and from the hospital and to and from work. The current vehicle they have is broken down beyond repair. The extensive hospital stay has caused an additional stress on the entire family. The immediate ia near $5000.<br /><br />We're asking if you can or cannot give could you at least pray for <strong>Devan's</strong> complete recovery? Thank you for your support!
