He was their caregiver for the last four years he couldn’t work and nothing was left for him, but just a house that he will walk away with Hardly any funds.

Michael Hyland Jr. is my dear friend’s son, and I am raising funds for him after the devastating loss of both of his parents within months of each other. For the last three years, Michael was the caregiver for both of his ill parents. Now, after giving so much of himself to their care, he is grieving two heartbreaking losses while facing a crisis at home with no income at all. Right now, Michael is trying to carry the weight of mortgage payments, the electric bill, and other household expenses that have fallen months behind. The pressure is immediate. Without help, he may lose the home. At the same time, he is under pressure to clear everything out and sell the house so he can move to be with family in Florida. His family there cannot come to help and does not have the funds to support this transition.
