We are reaching out today with heavy hearts, but also with an immense amount of hope, love, and determination. Nichelle—my beautiful wife of almost 31 years, an amazing mother, and a loyal friend—was recently diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. She is about to face the toughest fight of her life as she begins intensive chemotherapy and radiation treatments.

 Our journey began in the spring of 1995 in Ketchikan, Alaska. For us, it was truly love at first sight. We were married by September of that same year and moved to Spokane, Washington, to start our lives together. After Nichelle graduated from Eastern Washington University in 1999, we welcomed our two daughters, Emma (now 26) and Anna (now 24). They have always been Nichelle's absolute pride and joy. Nichelle dedicated her early years to being a stay-at-home mom, pouring unconditional love, warmth, and support into raising our girls. As they grew older, her giving nature led her back to school to become a Certified Medical Assistant. She spent 15 years dedicating herself to helping others at Incyte Diagnostics, and continues that vital work today under LabCorp. She has spent her career taking care of patients; now, it’s our turn to take care of her.

 Life has thrown its share of challenges our way. In 2023, our youngest daughter, Anna, survived a horrific car accident. Thanks to her incredible resilience, she made a full recovery. Back then, the overwhelming generosity of a community GoFundMe campaign helped carry her through that dark time. Now, the burden of expensive medical visits and mounting treatments is upon us once again. While we both work hard every single day, the financial reality of specialized cancer care is staggering. Our daughters, Emma and Anna, suggested we start this page to help lessen the weight on their mom's shoulders, allowing her to focus 100% of her energy on healing. To put it bluntly: Cancer can suck it!

 We know times are tough for everyone right now, and everyday struggles are real. But that reality becomes incredibly heavy when the medical bills start piling up on the counter. We have built an incredible life together, and we are praying these treatments are fully successful so we can spend the next 30 years loving each other and watching our family grow. Honoring John Cassidy and Supporting His Family

<div>Our dog Francesca needs emergency surgery.

<div>Yesterday was a normal day of playing in her front yard with her kids, and chillin by the little pool on our 2 acre farm. 
</div>
<div>Around 3am Francesca’s breathing changed and it woke me up. We got up, took a little potty break, walked, and ate a couple treats but her breathing continued in shallow, loud, rough, forceful breaths for the next several hours. I knew we had to get her to the Vet, so we called everywhere, drove to Grays Harbor county and rushed her in. They sedated her and examined her to rule out any quick fixes or possible obstructions. After several hours of observation and exams they have determined that she has Brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Syndrome and needs emergency surgery costing approximately $12000. I have about half that in my savings account.

<div>We should be celebrating our Francesca’s second birthday this month and I couldn’t live with myself if I didn’t try and do what I can to save her. She is my girls very best friend. I hope with this money we will be able to give her the best chance of survival.

Support Francesca's Emergency Surgery

<font color="#333333"><span>Anna was involved in a single vehicle accident on her way to Spokane to visit friends for the Holiday weekend.<br /><br />The crash was just west of Moses Lake, WA. She sustained multiple injuries to her head, arms and chest. Anna was transported to Samaritan Hospital for the initial assessment. However, they felt that it was necessary to move her to Sacred Heart in Spokane. <br /><br />She was immediately seen by a neurosurgeon to relieve the blood pooling on her brain. Then had to have surgery on her right arm which sustained massive injuries. (Dislocation and broken bones)<br /><br />The good news though, Anna is a fighter and her recovery is progressing nicely. She was moved to a regular room yesterday afternoon. She still has surgeries ahead of her to help repair the right arm. <br /><br />Anna just graduated from the University of Washington last June and has been living in Seattle. She works part time for Goodwill Industries as she contemplates life’s next move. <br /><br />Anyways, she has an apartment with friends in Seattle and would desperately like to keep it. She’s hoping for a speedy recovery, but unfortunately she’s has a long road ahead of her. <br /><br />I know she doesn’t want to ask but she could sure use some support from her friends and family right now. She has touched so many people and I’m sure her network of friends is large, so please share. Anna will be grateful for any and all the support she receives.<br /><br />She’s not going to be happy that I shared a picture, but oh well. <br /><br />Not only will Anna thank you, the Hedemark family will as well. <br /><br />All donations will go to Anna to help  regain her independence. <br /><br /><br /></span></font>

My father who was hit by an SUV  February 8th is in need of help. James Yearsley who is currently in the hospital was declared a quadriplegic, paralyzed from the chest down.  He is awaiting insurance through social security disability, which takes months.  We are trying to raise the money to pay for rehab out of pocket for the first couple months until the insurance starts.  He is starting to get stiff and losing a lot of muscle , we are losing valuable time towards his rehabilitation.  We need help getting him into a rehab center so he can get on the path to a speedy recovery.  We aren't exactly sure how much the rehab will cost, but the hospital said it will be more than a skilled nursing facility which runs about 8k a month. Anything helps.
