<div>My house almost burned down last night. The front door had flames coming out, and the inside door next to all my oxygen tanks—5 large liquid oxygen tanks. This was caused by the guy who stays with me, Jeff, the guy who takes me to the doctor, takes out my trash, gets my mail, and helps me a little. He's not a bad guy; he just does stupid stuff. He's really a nice person, but this was an awful mistake because he has been told never to smoke a cigarette and toss it unless he puts it out. I've told him over and over. Well, he flipped a cigarette, and the sawdust under there where they built my brand new Christmas gift from Jay Boyd and Josh Morales caught fire. There was so much smoke, and I started seeing smoke coming heavily into my room. I opened my bedroom door, and smoke was everywhere. I started yelling at Jeff, 'Is there a fire? Is there a fire?? Where's all the smoke coming from?' Jeffrey Jacob jumped over the flames and burned his hand on the doorknob to open it, jumping over the flames to the water hose to start putting it out. But it was already too late; it was under the deck and under the house. Johnson County Fire Department came out and had to go under my deck and under my house. There was so much smoke billowing out from under the house. My oxygen tanks are right above the embers under the house—five huge tanks. All that water did a number on the fire damage on my front door. It's screwed up, and I can't open or shut the door. I'm desperate now. I even called Jay and told him what happened. He already knew about it; Jeff called him. But I have to figure out how to be able to open and close my front door because it's like paper at the bottom or cardboard. Jeff Jacob feels so bad, but I said by being so negligent and irresponsible. To try to care for me, someone should not be so irresponsible. I know it was an accident; he didn't mean to, but see what could happen by mistake. I could have become homeless. I could have been homeless in my condition. If anybody can help, I would appreciate it. Jeff said he ordered the front door and a frame, but he won't have the $300 until next Wednesday. But I need something done to set up my door tonight and open it to feed my cats and dog outside. My grocery deliveries from Walmart. You can message me if you have any suggestions or know what I can do! I contacted Jay to try to fix it. Maybe they'll come; I'm not sure. I contacted him, but he could be out of town. They've already paid so much so far. It's really bad, that part of the deck that got burnt. Look, I'm really depressed about it. I still feel the smoke in my lungs, but they would have just given me a breathing treatment at the hospital, so I didn't go. I was also too tired to go, and I was too worried about what happened. I couldn't sleep, worrying there could still be embers, but the fire department flooded it. And none of my smoke alarms went off. That upsets me too, gets me from buying it on Amazon. This all happened in the middle of the night. I didn't know if I would put this on Facebook, but I'm so upset about it.
