<strong>Help us lay Cameron Massey-Brice to rest</strong>
<br>
<br>
 Our family is heartbroken by the tragic loss of Cameron Massey-Brice, only 17 years old, whose life was taken by senseless gun violence on September 13, 2026. Cameron was spending the night with family at a relative's home, a place where he believed he was safe, when individuals with harmful intentions disrupted the gathering with gunfire. In an instant, a night with family turned into an unimaginable tragedy. Cameron was raised by his father, Robert Massey-Brice, a devoted single father who worked hard to raise Cameron and his siblings to be respectful and responsible young men. No father should ever have to bury his 17-year-old son.
<br>
<br>
 This fundraiser is being organized for Cameron's family, especially for his father, Robert Massey-Brice, to help cover Cameron's funeral and burial expenses totaling $8,000 and to ease the financial burden during this devastating time. Cameron was a son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend. His life mattered, and he was deeply loved. Forever 17, gone far too soon, but never forgotten. Any amount will help, and if you are unable to donate, please share this fundraiser and keep Cameron's family in your prayers. Your support, kindness, and prayers mean more than words can express as Cameron's loved ones face this heartbreaking loss.

Help Lay Cameron Massey-Brice to Rest

<div>Dear Friends, Supporters, and the Entire South Florida Village,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Today, we come to you with a heartfelt request to support a family that has given so much to all of us.
</div>
<div>As many of you know, Santonio and Monica Carter have dedicated their lives to lifting up the youth of South Florida through the King Carter Youth Foundation, a mission they carry out in honor of their son King, whose life was taken too soon. Rather than retreat into grief, they turned their pain into purpose, building something that has touched countless young lives across the community. They've quietly and consistently supported families in need, helped those facing financial hardship, and offered a hand to anyone struggling with the emotional and spiritual battles of life. They do this without ever seeking the spotlight, no headlines, no social media posts, just genuine care for their neighbors.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Now, they need us.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In the early hours of the morning, their home caught fire while they slept. Thanks to the alertness of their loyal dog and Monica's quick actions, they were able to get everyone including their children and their dog out safely. But their home and belongings were lost.
</div>
<div>This couldn't have come at a harder time. The foundation was in the middle of launching its 2026 youth camp, continuing the mission they've poured their hearts into.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This GoFundMe is our opportunity to give back to the Carters, just as they have given to so many of us. <strong>We're raising $7,000 to help them secure a new home covering the first month, last month, and security deposit so they can get back on their feet.</strong> Anything raised beyond that goal will go toward furniture and other essentials they need to rebuild.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Let's come together and support this incredible family who has always been there for us; through every holiday event, every book bag giveaway, every moment of need.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This time, let's be their village.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Any help is truly appreciated by the family✨
