Hello. We are re-starting a new GoFundMe solely for the purpose to help with costs for Alex's funeral services once he has been called Home. Alex was entered into full hospice and his previous fundraising (since 2022) helped immensely with transportation, lodging, non-covered medical, medication, and nutritional supplies, as well as going towards his bucket list wishes and needs during his palliative to hospice transitions. We are eternally grateful for all of you; our community, family, and angels that have been supporting Alex's fight for his entire life. Alex is an angel on this earth. He has never had an unkind word for anyone he has ever met, no matter how he was treated. He prays daily and supports family, friends, and even strangers, sometimes from his hospital bed. He never complains. He never wants for himself. He is truly one of the most selfless, giving angels you will ever meet. His motto in life is, "It's not what we do for ourselves that counts. True meaning lies in what we do for others. That is life's greatest gift." Alex's life has left an imprint that time will never erase. His positivity, his passion for life, and seeing the beauty in everything is something I will never see again in this lifetime. Alexander Zachary has been fighting and defying the odds since before he was born. He has touched everyone he has met with his contagious smile, his passion for life, and heart that can love without fail. His journey is almost over but a life that touches others goes on forever.
