On December 6th, I started experiencing numbness on my left side. At first, I didn’t think it was anything serious, but the next day, I was hospitalized for a mini stroke. Since then, I haven’t been able to return to my job as an early preschool teacher. It’s been a challenging and uncertain time, both physically and emotionally, as I focus on my recovery and try to stay strong for my son. I am a single parent raising my 10-year-old boy, and everything I do is for him. Not being able to work has made it difficult to keep up with our living expenses, and I worry about providing the stability and care he deserves. I am doing my best to heal and get back to the classroom, but right now, we need a little extra help to get through this tough period. If you are able to support us, I would be deeply grateful.
