<div>Im Interview werden mutmaßliche Vergewaltigungen durch Hamas und <a href="https://etosmedia.de/politik/israels-krieg-vergewaltigung-als-waffe/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">israelische Soldaten</a> besprochen. Preisler sagt im Videoausschnitt im Kontext einer von ihr behaupteten juristischen Aufarbeitung solcher Fälle durch israelische Behörden: „selbst da, ist Israel noch der menschlichere Akteur“. Jakob Reimann stellt diese Aussage in den Zusammenhang mit dem oft von Preisler getragenen Schild „Rape is not resistance“. Dass Preisler wortgetreu zitiert wurde, ist offensichtlich – dennoch wirft ihr Anwalt ihm nun „Falschbehauptung“, „Falschzitat“ und „Hetze“ vor und schreibt ihm eine Mitverantwortung daran zu, dass es infolge ihres Interviews auch internationale negative Berichterstattung gegen Preisler gab.

<div>Für diese Klage hat sich Frau Preisler die Kanzlei des umstrittenen Medienanwalts <strong>Ralf Höcker </strong>engagiert, der regelmäßig die AfD rechtlich vertritt, so auch <a href="https://www.politico.eu/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/04/2025-05-02-_-Kanzlei-Hocker-i.A.-des-AfD-Bundesverbands-_-Abmahnung-UE-gg.-BfV-fur-Presseveroffentlichung.clean_.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">aktuell</a> im Rahmen der Einstufung der Partei durch den Verfassungsschutz als „gesichert rechtsextremistische Bestrebung“. Auch der türkische Präsident Erdoğan oder die Potsdamer „Remigrations“-Netzwerker wurden von der Kanzlei in Medienfragen vertreten. „Ralf Höcker hält es für seinen Job, Journalisten zu beeinflussen, <a href="https://www.test.de/Hoecker-Rechtsanwaelte-Fiese-Drohmethoden-5166357-0/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">indem er sie bedroht</a>“, schrieb Stiftung Warentest einmal über ihn.

Dabei geht es weniger um Rechtsdurchsetzung als um Abschreckung. Doch gerade die Kontrolle durch unabhängige Medienschaffende ist unverzichtbar für jede Demokratie.

<div>The quote cited by Jakob Reimann is verbatim – yet Preisler’s lawyer accuses him of making false claims, misquoting, and incitement, and even blames him for negative international media coverage of Preisler that followed the interview.

I was displaced five times during the war and my house was bombed because of the war and the violent raids on my city and now I live in a tent that does not protect us from the cold of winter and my situation is very difficult and my husband is unemployed and my family consists of 5 people, me, my husband and my three children Muhammad 6 years old, Elena 3 years old and Haitham 8 months old. My young children need everything from food, drink and clothes. My last child was born in the war. I went to the hospital in the evening under the bombing and danger and no ambulance came to take me because of the seriousness of the situation. We went in a fast car until we reached the hospital. During the birth he had an accident and suffered a broken collarbone and a dislocated nerve plexus. Since that day he has not been able to move his right hand at all. I want my child to be healthy like other children and to move his hand and be healthy. I went everywhere but unfortunately in Gaza and because of the siege and war there are no treatments or devices because everything was destroyed and the hospitals and my child needs physical therapy sessions and electricity sessions to move his hand.
