I am a single mom who decided to still be happy but when I did that my ex and my exes ex decided to be friends and set out to destroy me. The following me, stalking me and my family on social media. Then it got legal because I started calling the cops to make a paper trail. His ex took me to court said some foul stuff about me so the courthouse hotlined me and DCFS came and took my child/ Through the whole process my caseworker sabotaged me by lying in court, on paper, doing things with my baby without my knowledge as I should as papers say. Most importantly they never told me they were DCFS and to cover it they fired the people who took her. The people she with illegally got on my case and are trying to adopt my baby now. I actually won my case in 2024 and the caseworker denied me my child for the whole time because she was allowing her to visit people and mailed me a letter she was moving her well away from home. Then petitioned to terminate me and told them to cut off contact with me. I have talked to a lawyer and he send me his fee which is above, the list of thing he can get them in court for on top of getting my baby home and the outside parties being brought to justice too for using the system and multiple HIPPA violations due to everybody having government jobs. My child is currently still being stalked by my ex as well. Til this day I have proof from the lawyer that will help. Caseworker sabotage, the girl currently still stalking me and my child from another city and defaming my name and character over social media. I am not a public person with personal things but I am in a town who hates me because of one person and they bashed me over this without knowing me or the background just going off what they friend says who also didnt know me and down right disrespected my child calling her retarded due to her disability and etc. The stalker is trying to use her job to get my baby and then I am all alone fighting her, the family and the system/court. I am tired! Even if its not the limit anything helps towards this process. I refuse for anybody to raise my child and tear my name as a mother down to her. Last time I saw my baby and I told her it was the last time for now she broke down about how its not fair to her or me and I recorded the interaction and everything. She looks so different. Hair waaaaaaay shorter, she doesnt look happy in pics. A mother knows her babies eyes. To not be in her life and try to take her from me and cut me off is why I am fighting the family because why and why was my family NEVER contacted to get my child? Too much sneaky stuff and the wrong kid and family. She in a house with all male besides 1 other female. I am sorry but I am over protective and to not know she has somebody watching her is beyond me when the person is delusional enough to keep saying thats her child! The money is going to the lawyer which I will show proof of payment when there and anything extra is for stuff for court because I do have to pay to get paperwork from courthouse!
