<div>Hi, I’m Danny.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Over the next four weeks, my son Jack and I will be walking 33 miles and climbing over 800 metres as part of the Jurassic Challenge to raise money for Summit Inside.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I joined Summit Inside because I wanted to challenge myself and rebuild the discipline I’d lost. After getting fit, I slowly slipped back into old habits and put the weight back on. This course has given me the push to change my mindset and get back on track.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Doing this with Jack makes it even more special. I want him to grow up knowing that real strength isn’t about hiding your emotions. It’s about resilience, supporting others and having the courage to talk when life gets tough.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Sadly, too many men are struggling in silence, and suicide is still the biggest killer of men under 50 in the UK. I don’t want that future for my son or for anyone else’s.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every donation will help Summit Inside support more men through challenge, brotherhood and accountability, giving them the opportunity to build stronger, healthier lives.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for supporting myself and Jack on this journey—and a special thank you to my wife, Gill, for encouraging us every step of the way.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you’re able to donate, no matter the amount, we’d be incredibly grateful. Every contribution will help another man realise he doesn’t have to face life alone.

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>we’re going again for the second challenge weekend this year following on from climbing mount Krivan in Slovakia.
</div>
<div>from the 8th - 9th of August we will be doing the south coast challenge which is a 33 mile hike from Durdle door to Bournemouth Pier.

Summit Inside Charity - Men’s mental health and suicide

<div>Hi, my name is Andrew and I'm raising money for Summit Inside, a charity focussed on men's mental health and suicide prevention.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Suicide is the leading cause of death for men under the age of 50 in the UK. Summit Inside combat this by providing courses and challenges for men to help improve their physical and mental health.

</div>
<div>I will be attending the REPS Mastery Course this year and taking part in the Tatra Challenge, where I will be attempting to climb Krivan, Slovakia's most iconic mountain.

Summit Inside Charity - Men's Mental Health & Suicide

Summit Inside

<div>I started Silent Strength as a way to push myself beyond my limits — not just physically, but mentally. Through endurance challenges, I want to test resilience, build discipline, and show what’s possible when you refuse to give in, even when things get tough.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But this is about more than just challenges.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’m raising money for Summit Inside, a not-for-profit focused on men’s mental health.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>"Our mission is to stop men killing themselves.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We do this by providing short courses that equip men with stronger physical and mental health, better relationships, lasting fellowship, and a renewed sense of purpose through meaningful challenges.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div> Our vision is a world where suicide is no longer the biggest killer of men under 50." - SUMMIT INSIDE
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This cause is close to home. I’ve seen first-hand the impact that mental health struggles can have, and there is a history of male suicide in my family. Too many men feel like they have to carry everything alone, stay quiet, and push through without support. That silence can be dangerous.
</div>
<div>Through these challenges, I want to represent something different — that struggle doesn’t have to be hidden, and strength isn’t about suffering alone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Over the coming months, I’ll be taking on:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>2x boxing matches
</div>
<div>Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge
</div>
<div>3 peaks challenge in 24hrs
</div>
<div>6 hour endurance run in the Surrey hills
</div>
<div>Coast to Coast cycle
</div>
<div>Climbing Mount Krivan in Slovakia
</div>
<div>More TBC
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Each one is a test of endurance, discipline, and mindset — all in support of a bigger mission.
</div>
<div>If this resonates with you, any support — whether that’s a donation or simply sharing the page — genuinely makes a difference.
