</div>
<div>No regular HOA meetings.

<div>At the same time, our neighborhood has experienced significant neglect of common areas, including ongoing pond, drainage, and infrastructure concerns that directly impact the safety, stability, and value of our homes.

<div>Homeowners are now fighting for a lawful, transparent transition to homeowner control — as required under Delaware law — and to ensure accountability before any transition occurs.
