Every family deserves stability, safety, and hope. For our family of six, those basic needs have been hard to hold onto. After our lease ended, we stayed with family temporarily, but circumstances changed quickly, and we found ourselves without a safe place to call home. As we tried to rebuild, we also encountered toxic environments that left us no choice but to leave. Today, we are staying in a hotel for our immediate safety, but the $96 daily costs and no transportation make it incredibly difficult to save or move toward stable housing. We’re doing everything we can, but this financial strain keeps us stuck in survival mode instead of letting us move forward. We are reaching out with humility and hope.
