My name is Stella, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for a family facing an unimaginable crisis. I am raising emergency relief funds for three elderly women and their three young grandchildren whose lives were suddenly turned upside down by devastating heavy rains. These three grandmothers have been the sole caregivers for their grandchildren, providing love, protection, and guidance despite their own old age and fragile health. Their small home, which sheltered them from the world, was completely swept away by heavy rains. In just a few hours, they lost everything they owned their house, clothes, beds, food, and the few belongings they had worked their whole lives to build. Today, these elderly women and innocent children have no home to return to. They are currently taking refuge at our church, relying entirely on the kindness of others for shelter. They sleep on the floor, exposed to cold nights, with no proper bedding, no privacy, and no sense of stability. The children, already traumatized by the disaster, now face uncertainty every single day, while their grandmothers struggle with fear, exhaustion, and heartbreak. At their age, starting over feels almost impossible. Yet they continue to hold on not for themselves, but for the sake of the grandchildren who depend on them. They need more than temporary shelter. They need a safe roof over their heads, a small but secure house where they can sleep without fear, prepare meals, and begin to heal. They also urgently need food, bedding, and basic necessities to survive with dignity. This is an emergency relief cause. Time is critical. With your support, we hope to raise enough funds to build a small, simple home, provide beds and blankets, and ensure there is food on the table for these vulnerable lives. What may seem small to you can mean everything to them safety, warmth, hope, and the chance to rebuild. I am doing this cause not for profit, but out of compassion and responsibility to help those who have nowhere else to turn.
