<div>On April 10th, Jenna Gladney and her dog, Ruby, went for a late afternoon run. They were attacked by three loose dogs on the corner of Transcontinental and Soldier in Metarie, LA. Thanks to the heroic actions of a neighbor who risked his life for their safety, Jenna and Ruby made it to emergency medical care.

<div>Jenna is currently in the hospital with multiple bite wounds to her hands, arms, and abdomen. Ruby is fighting for her life but her prognosis is steadily improving.

<div>The owner of the dogs is not taking any accountability or cooperating in any way. Ruby's vet bills are already at $10k and she's got a long way to go. Our family and friends are rallying behind Jenna and Ruby but any little bit is a huge help.

<div>Hello, my name is Frankie. My wife Deidra was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer back in January 2023. She had a mastectomy a few months after and started chemo and radiation. After 6 months of treatment, she was cancer-free. She still had to continue with infusions for the next year.

<div>Fast forward to June of this year, she had to get an MRI of her brain. Well, we got the news that we were dreading; it had metastasized to her brain. She had surgery to have it removed in late July. Since then, we have been fighting through rehab and hospitals to get her to be able to walk and care for herself also start her chemo back up. Finally, she was able to start her chemo on Nov 17th and had some more scans and an MRI that followed.She started feeling bad so we were told to bring her in to the emergency room Friday

<div><strong> Her oxygen levels were low at 77, so we rushed to University Hospital in New Orleans.</strong>When we got there, they told her they have fluid surrounding her lungs and that it could be the cancer. Tests came back positive that the cancer is causing the fluid, along with finding it had come back on her brain,both lungs, and her spine.She is fighting the battle of her life,but in no way is she giving up we are just asking to help to cover expenses and shall it get any worse we will be able to follow through on her wishes for a proper burial.

<div>We have always had faith and paid it forward as much as we can. We have been raising my oldest son's little sisters since they were babies because their mom passed. They are 9 and 12 now, and I know they can't take losing any more family. We have to just come together as much as we can to figure out the next steps. I'm just trying to get ahead of this before it gets really bad. We believe in miracles, and they can happen at any time, and the Lord is in control.

Help Deidra and family fight the battle of there life

<div>Frank Geraci JR. was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. He was an alumnus of Brother Martin and Loyola. It was at Loyola where he found his future wife Dania Geraci. It wasn't long after being married that he became very ill and later to be diagnosed with Sarcoidosis (a rare condition that causes small patches of swollen tissue, called granulomas, to develop in the organs of the body.) causing his spleen to be surgically removed and comprising his immune system significantly. Frank was a fighter though and fought through years of medical battles never complaining or making it about himself. It was that same will that allowed him and his wife to have two beautiful boys that he loved more than anything on this earth. Frank always had a positive outlook on his circumstances and made the best of it, he loved to make people laugh, watch sports, and provide/be with his family. It wasn't until February 24, 2024, a day after celebrating his wife's birthday he lost his medical battles around 10 am that morning this caught everyone by surprise as he had won so many battles over the last 30 years and always came back better than before. Frank loved numbers and was even a financial planner before having to retire early on due to illness. he took it upon himself to take care of the family's financials. The unexpected passing has left the family on a tough financial road ahead. Any and everything would be greatly appreciated.

In Loving Memory of Frank Joseph Geraci JR.

<p> My husband(Johnell) and I have two beautiful little boys, a 5 year old, Isaiah, and 2 year old, Bentley. Like so many others right now, these last few months have been a very trying time for my family. Thursday, October 15th, my husband was involved in a very bad car accident. Thankfully, he walked away with only a minor concussion, while the person who caused the accident was taken to the hospital with more serious injuries(her car landed in the canal). While I’m more than grateful and blessed to have my husband here with us, we no longer have a car.

<p>At the time of the accident, we didn’t have car insurance, we couldn’t afford it. And unfortunately we live in Louisiana, which is a “no pay, no play” state. Meaning regardless of fault, the liable person’s insurance will not cover your damages. So our car was towed and will cost over $7000 torepair. We will have to buy a new car.  Our car is how we make our living right now, we are food delivery drivers, and without it we’ll be evicted from our apartment in a few weeks. Right now, we have rented a car but will have to return it tomorrow because it’s too expensive and lose money more money than we can make .

<p>We’re only asking for $2000 to help cover our rent next month, and we will try to figure the rest out. My husband just graduated as a certified Holistic Health Coach and has been working endlessly to get his business off the ground. We would be beyond grateful for anything you can give to help us. No amount is too small.

Family in Need

On May 8, 2020, Alysia Roger was involved in a car accident that has caused significant trauma. She was T-boned on the drivers side requiring extrication.  She has a lot of broken bones in her pelvic region. Later she will need surgery and screws placed. She has a punctured lung, lacerated kidney &amp; punctured bladder.  They did an embolism surgery to stop the bleeding leaking into her bladder.  There are a couple of areas with bleeding on her brain and neurosurgeons are watching them closely.  She is intubated and in a medically induced coma to keep her still.  She is in serious but stable condition in the SICU.  She needed blood transfusions due to the kidney laceration .  
    It will be a long road to recovery which means medical bills will pile up quickly.  So will everyday normal expenses.  I hope we can come together and help with these so her family can focus on Lissy.  Without having to worry about finances.  If you can't donate financially, you can donate blood in her name, too.  And prayers are ALWAYS needed as well.

Emergency Medical expenses for Alysia Roger

My baby girl Kayla 7 1/2mths pregnant only 6 weeks left for her.  She wakes up in pain goes to the hospital as they check for the heartbeat theres none. She was in labor so they prepared her for the  delivery we are lost for words, hurt and dont know why or what has happened. As time goes she is ready to deliver Jourdan Jr. He is here and beautiful looks like his dad but has her lips and chin 4lbs 6oz and 18 inches long.  So the Dr looks to see what caused this to happen well the placenta erupted in the middle so it gave us no signs to know something was wrong its cause the baby to stop getting oxygen. So as we spend our last few hrs with the baby before they take him we  Pray and grieve and fell lost. My baby girl has to put her first born to rest the pain is unbearable. I am asking for all the help I can to be able to make this as easy as I can for Kayla and Jourdan. So please help in anyway you can so we can put Jourdan Jr to rest and try and make this as easy as we can for Kayla and Jourdan.

Firefighter Danny Ziegler responded to a structure fire on February 2, 2019. Along with other members of the department, they were conducting roof ventilation operations when without notice the roof gave way and Firefighter Ziegler fell through the roof and into a hole of fire.  A mayday was immediately declared by the officer on the roof of the structure and a frantic search was under way to get our brother to safety. Within in minutes Firefighter Ziegler was located in an apartment just below the roof. Danny has a long road to recovery as this will exceed what medical bills will possibly cover. <br /><br />All money collected will be turned over to the family members who will be caring for Danny and making the necessary payments to all expenses to help our brother get through this and transition back to a normal healthy life.<br /><br />Thank you to everyone who can help, and please keep praying for our brother!!

These amazing people are Kelsey and Derrick Neff. They brought two beautiful baby boys int this world yesterday sleeping. With the expenses of their 2 sons burial they are about to endure anything helps. Kelsey had a high risk pregnancy and has been off of work for some time now. Anyone who knows this couple knows how wonderful and truly amazing they are.
