Hello, my name is Sorimar. I am the mother of four beautiful children, three boys and one girl. Some time ago my life changed completely when my husband passed away in a car accident. Since that day, I have been raising my children on my own and doing everything I can to give them a better life. Losing my husband has been one of the most painful experiences of my life. He was my partner and the person who helped support our family. Now that he is gone, I carry the responsibility of caring for our children alone. At the moment, I rent a single room in New York because what I earn from working is not enough to rent a full apartment for my children and me. It has been very difficult, but every day God gives me the strength to wake up, look at my children, and keep going for them. Through many tears and prayers, I have thought deeply about how to change our future. In the middle of all these struggles, a dream was born in my heart: to own a food truck. My goal is to raise $50,000 to buy a fully equipped food truck, obtain the necessary licenses, and purchase the initial supplies and ingredients needed to start the business.
