Other Donation Avenues ~ Venmo ~ @onlyononyxx ~CashApp ~ $imsosoftlavendermoch My 19 year old brother, Franklin , is currently in the hospital, facing life-threatening conditions including RSV and hyperthyroidism, & presenting with textbook symptoms of a Thyroid Storm. He has Severe Insomnia. These health challenges have compounded his mental health issues, making his situation even more urgent. Despite being , cooperative & compliant, Franklin has faced racially biased treatment ,including the use of unnecessary force from hospital staff and security, leaving him vuln ~erable and frightened. He was forcibly placed in 4 pt restraints & not released at proper intervals mandated by laws pertaining to patient rights. He was forcibly medicated against vehement cries denying the health care providers consent to treat. ~My Mom and I travel from Out of State to be with Franklin, determined to advocate for his safety and well-being during this family crisis. To protect him from the people that are supposed to be caring for him. ~nOur family is doing everything we can to ensure Franklin remains safe. The funds raised will help us move Franklin to a safer hospital where his physical, mental, and emotional needs will be met in an unbiased environment. ~We also need support for travel expenses & accommodations, near the hospital. and necessities for Franklin during his stay. With our Mom possibly needing to take FMLA leave from work,& she has already missed several days at work to care of my brother. We are facing additional financial strain, including bills and the urgent need for immediate housing that can accommodate Franklin and his emotional support dog~ Luna.
