<div>So my name is Alynna Kelly, and I am a trans woman with AuDHD living in Denver. I've been transitioning for a good part of my life but most of it has occured between 2017 and now. I have been trying to get top surgery for over 5 years now, but I kept getting lost in the system...
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am going to be 50 in July, and I don't feel I really have a long time left to keep waiting, there are less years ahead of me than behind me. I went to see a private surgeon and they can do it for me and have me in an operating room sometime between September and October.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The only issue is the quote they gave me. $20975. Its more than I expected by alot. I feel I might be able to pull this off but I'd have to tap every resource and credit line I have access to. I'd basically be pushing my finances to the limit just to have access to my own, true self.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>One way or another I am going to do this, because I need this. But doing it is honestly, barely within reach. So now I feel I need to ask for help with this.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I already have $2000 stashed away for the down payment. The rest, $18975, is the tough part. I am not the kind of person who has an easy time asking for help, but this is kind of an extreme expense. So I have decided to do this.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Anything any of you contribute will be used to help me on this journey. I'll document it, i'll write about it... even if I don't make the full goal, anything will help offset the cost of this for me.

Help Alynna Achieve Her True Self with Top Surgery.

About 6 months ago I fell in love with a beautiful, soulful, spirited, darling, smart little black and white pup. We had an nearly immediate bond. She is a light in my life just like my other sweet animals but she brings her own special shine. She is only about 8 months old and is full of life and energy! Piper keeps me active and entertained with all her antics and quirks and I love her more every day! Recently, very recently, she was caught under a horse who was bucking and had her left femur crushed. I cannot afford surgery or amputation which will cost roughly the same. The vet tells me that if allowed to heal elsehow it will be a constant source of pain for my girl. The only other alternative would be  to euthanize her....and I just can't do it. I can't. So I am desperately seeking help from anyone out there willing to give. If all you can give is a dollar, you're still as good as a hero to me and Piper. If you can't give at all, don't feel bad, life is hard today. Any donation to help save my girl is so deeply appreciated from the absolute bottom of my heart. Thank you, Joanna and Piper.<br><img src="https://2dbdd5116ffa30a49aa8-c03f075f8191fb4e60e74b907071aee8.ssl.cf1.rackcdn.com/5972629_1441935916.4473_funddescription.jpg" class="not-resizeable" width="100%">
