UPDATE: Raising funds for Shadow's surgery and medical bills. 3/25/2006 Shadow and I are homeless, and it's getting colder. We ask for your help to find a home and change the world. Numerous people have told us to make a GoFundMe, but we haven't until now. We were rising creators for TikTok, but our funds were suddenly taken and our account closed days after we exposed organized crime that Tiktok enables and benefits from that has been ongoing for years. Tiktok facilitates the sale of and advertises illegal ''gamestick'' devices, which contain up to 80 game consoles (N64, PS3, Switch) and up to 110,000 games per device (Kingdom Hearts, Legend of Zelda, etc) , which are being sold for $20-80 per device. These gamesticks contain full pirated game systems and 20,000 - 110,000 pirated videogames each, and they are being advertised to unsuspecting people and families and youth to both buy and sell. Tiktok encourages its creators to sell these, including by giving them very high commission, often 20% of the price of the gamestick, which means everyday Tiktok creators can stream playing videogames and make up to 10$ for each gamestick sold. Some sell 80 gamesticks a day. Eventually the creators learn the devices they are selling are illegal, but most continue. Teens and families are selling these gamesticks to others, and without Tiktok there would be no sales. Many of these sellers are in China, and where copyright laws do not exist, and they cannot be stopped by law enforcement, additionally the gamesticks are approved by Tiktok under the guise of being labeled hard drives, except these hard drive have pre-installed thousands of pirated games and tens of full consoles many grew up with, including recent game systems, making each gamestick worth more than 10,000$, often the value per device may exceed 50,000$ because of the numerous games, including collectors editions. We brought this to the attention of Tiktok Shop Support, and have evidence of such, and we were told more than once by Tiktok staff that these devices are legal. Reporting each device, account, or seller does nothing. Tiktok intensely advertises these gamesticks to anyone interested in videogames, and promotes livestreams where creators play these games for their job and make $10 per sale. We brought this to the attention of Tiktok, and after escalating things, are account disappeared along with our incoming paychecks, days after. Shadow and I then started temp work, but the agency closed down, so then we applied for local work, but weren't hired. Shadow is a service dog, and I brought him to a few of the potential jobs, and more than one broke the law by telling us he had to go outside. Needless to say we weren't hired, and its difficult to leave him to work a normal job, especially now while homeless, so we have decided to pursue our dreams of making content, and a website, with the overall goal of changing the world and reducing corruption, while more immediately continuing to sell products for commission. We have since lost our home due to late rent, and have gone all in on our dream. I wish to change the world, at times using Shadow, and we have made multiple Tiktoks, diversifying based on content and theme, and have expanded beyond Tiktok so that we can expose corruption on Tiktok and not become reliant and in the same situation ever again. Shadow is now being featured on a website, amongst other creators, content and products, at www.videosforview.com , but we aren't yet making money. It is getting colder, and we are open to help, especially if it helps Shadow get a home and helps us change the world. If you're are interested, Shadow and I could use your help. We don't want handouts, and we want everyone to know our goals. We actually started recording with 4k cameras and made a studio, and had years of recordings, but they were stolen from us, along with all our electronics, including cameras, computers we built, phones, game systems, and everything of value. We then started from scratch and started producing content again, only to buy fake memory cards from Tiktok which corrupted our data and recordings and last year of work. However, we have recovered the data into unorganized files and are now organizing it as we simultaneously start producing shoppable videos for products and brands that are being sent to us. We wish and expect to be wealthy someday, but right now it is getting colder and we have little to no income at all and God is providing each day. We ask for your help, if you can and want, so that Shadow can have a safe place to live, and then so that we can change the world together. Any funds will towards housing him for winter' we were thinking about living in a car and driving some place warmer to continue God's and our work. I was set aside as intelligent and I wish to use what I was given and what I have learned to create a masterpiece out of our lives that changes the world, and I am working on myself. I am realizing that we can't do anything alone, even if we want to be independent and strong, and that every new follower is a human, and we can't do this without others. I wish to overcome sin and myself, and the corruption in the world, and change things. Shadow is a service dog, of AKC and grand champion lineage, and is a special dog, to me and others. I prayed and wished for everything that he is. He was actually taken from me recently by a vet days after we mentioned suing them. We went in looking to refill his already prescribed medication because we had moved and didn't have a vet, and they misdiagnosed him, prescribed him contraindicated medication, wouldn't listen to me, never met me, and didn't have his previous medical history or diagnosis, and didn't follow procedure and put him in harm's way. This was a facility I used to volunteer at, but had a new vet. Upon arrival their receptionist instructed me to alter his diet and stop feeding him meat, because she believed it could be the cause. They were already misdiagnosing him them, but I listened to them, and subsequently he lost 7 lbs over 5 months. After months of being failed by them and them negatively affecting my dog's health I started recording everything and mentioned suing them. I was living in a van at this time, but taking good care of Shadow, but they knew I was homeless. Days later I was arrested, and charged with animal cruelty, a month before Christmas. They used that a long with him losing weight as means to involve animal control and had my service great Dane taken away from me. They lied 3 ways in court, and to the police, saying he lost 20 or so lbs, lying about the normal weight of Great Danes to make it seem like he was way underweight, and lied about the result of his body score condition. I have paperwork and everything I am referncing. I compiled almost a foot tall folder of evidence, from actual data and vets, to medical journals, presented my case, and was given Shadow back days before Christmas. The vet didn't have his medical history, and confused his already confirmed previous diagnosis which they didn't have the medical records for, and wouldn't listen to me about, all the whole never meeting me, with another more common condition, which they didn't even follow proper medical procedures in diagnosing him with, and in which they went against 3 other previous vets, for a already previously diagnosed medical condition he has had as a puppy. I got a deal on him as a puppy and was told he would have medical problems, yet the vet tried to pin things on me, yet God had other plans. I even prayed to God for God to break their bones and punish them, and when I picked Shadow up, the staff that did us wrong had broken their thumb. What I really wish to communicate is that, they took him, supposedly to care for him better, but HE WAS RETURNED TO ME IN WORSE CONDITION WITH INFECTIONS ON HIS FACE AND LIMBS. I have plenty of evidence and documentation of receiving him back in worse condition. They did put some weight on him, but they returned him to me in worse condition than I had ever seen him, with infections on his face and multiple areas of his body, and he was stuck in a kennel prison for a month as his condition got worse until he was returned to me. I turned his condition and round using hundreds of dollars of medication and intensive care and my time, but again, they took my dog after I mentioned suing them, after they misdiagnosed him, and they returned him to me in worse condition and in a poor state, all the while they were arguing in court that this was for his safety. They made his condition worse, and induced infection, including in his face that I cleared up on my way. They took my service dog away from me, were wrong, and made him worse. I stayed up more than one night in a row, and many nights, researching medical journals and compiling information, and praying, and God gave him back to me. The shelter even tried to make me pay for the boarding for when they took him, and they even hired the areas criminal prosecutor as a personal attorney for them in having my dog taken away, but God prevailed, and I quoted law that stated I wasn't obligated to pay for the boarding since I won my cases, and then when I picked him up, he had infections and his condition was worse than when he was taken and when I was caring for him while homeless. Because they misdiagnosed him, and he was in a kennel, his condition was worse upon being returned to me, and the staff had broken bones like I prayed for. That's just one part of our story, and doesn't really tie into how we are now homeless and open to utilizing GoFundMe, but it is real, and one part of what we went through. As far as being homeless now, we had found a place, but our wages were frozen from Tiktok, and so we got a temp job, but the agency closed, and then failed to secure local work, some of whom broke the law in discriminating against a service dog entering their business, so we definitely didn't work for them. When we became late on rent, we were graciously given a period by the landlord in which we didn't pay rent to fix things, but we didn't find local work, and its hard to leave him anyway, and I believe its better for us to work on our business together and do more important work. However, after some time, the landlord began harassing us, doing a self help eviction, locking us from using the kitchen, garage, and laundry area, all of which was previously granted access to us, and they ran a loud air compressor for days outside our room and began abusing us, so instead of staying, we decided to move into the woods and outside, and I dragged my queen mattress, our belongings, including all our Tiktok shop samples and store into the woods, where we have been staying, incubating our business to change the world, and developing systems for our business so that we can succeed. We will never give up, and I will never abandon Shadow, my only friend. God, please help us?
