Urgent Legal Fund to Protect My Children

<div>I'm Hernan Moreno and 24 years old, and <strong>this past May I was diagnosed with cancer.</strong> Over the past three years I've been struggling with neck problems as it gradually grew to about five times as large until I could finally get it checked out. Despite dozens of complications from my insurance since January trying to be seen by anyone, I was finally able to get my neck biopsied to <strong>unfortunately be told I had<em> Stage 3</em> <em>Hodgkin's Lymphoma.</em></strong>

<div>Now I'm currently going through chemotherapy while being injected with some of the most volatile drugs for treatment. As a result, I have been struggling mentally, physically, and financially to keep up as the sessions make me very sick and nauseous every other week, my hair has already started falling out, and I still regularly work full time to not fall behind on rent, student loans, and medical debts. Due to this, I've been stressed as I can't afford to take time off to rest for long after appointments, go on vacation for more than just the holidays, or even enjoy my life without feeling guilty that I'm wasting my own money on myself.

<div><em>As a recent college graduate, this is not how I expected to be spending the start of my adult life. I have the support of my family back home by Houston, but they are working just as hard for my younger siblings to have everything they need and cover some of my expenses. I'm praying for a miracle for any support from anyone who can donate to help alleviate this burden on my life to any extent and wish to thank everyone who can share this to others to spread awareness for my cause.</em>

<div>At the end of March, I have the incredible opportunity to go on a mission trip to South Africa with Grace Place Ministries, and I would love your support.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>During this trip, we will be serving in local townships, churches, and communities—sharing the love and truth of Jesus Christ in so many ways. Our ministry will include street evangelism, church and revival services, prophetic sessions, and outreach in prisons and juvenile detention centers.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We will also have the opportunity to visit orphanages, pray for, minister to, and love on the children, go into hospitals and children's hospitals to pray for the sick, feed the poor, and connect with local businesses, leaders, and municipal officials to encourage and uplift communities towards Christ.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am grateful for the opportunity to be used by the Lord as He is calling me to step out in faith and be His hands and feet—to love, serve, and bring hope to those who need it most. I can’t wait to see what He does in and through me as I give Him my “yes!”

<div>I am currently raising support to help cover the cost of this mission trip, including food, travel, and supplies. Any amount you feel led to give would mean so much to me and will directly contribute to the work God is doing through this mission.
