I am creating this fundraiser for my cousin, Derrick, after our family suffered a heartbreaking loss. On Monday, August 17, Derrick died in a tragic accident in South Dakota. We are still trying to process the shock and pain of losing him so suddenly. Derrick was deeply loved, and this loss has left a hole in our family that words cannot fully express.

 The funds raised will help with the cost of bringing Derrick home, covering funeral expenses, and supporting his son, Derrick, as he faces life without his dad. His son is only 21 years old and is now dealing with an unimaginable loss at such a young age. During this incredibly difficult time, any support means so much to us and helps ease some of the burden our family is carrying.

Help Bring Derrick Home

As some of you may know, my dad Don Hart had a heart attack on 3/20. With testing the doctors have found that dad will need a quadruple bypass surgery to fix multiple blockages in his heart. We are told his recovery time will be anywhere from 6-10 weeks.<br /><br />Anyone who knows my dad knows that he is a hard worker and provides for his family with pride. The last thing he should be worrying about during his recovery is how he is going to make ends meet. The money donated to his go fund me will help with medical expenses, gas for my mom to travel to see him in Portland, and other bills that dad will not be able to work for in these next few months. Any little bit helps and thank you to everyone who has reached out to my dad and is keeping him in good spirits during this tough time for him.

GORHAM LITTLE LEAGUE 10U SOFTBALL

Greg Lambert is a 35 year old father to 4 year old twins and a husband of 11 years to his high school sweetheart. All his life he has struggled with a life threatening illness called Cystic Fibrosis. CF is a genetic disease that causes excess mucus build up in all the major organs. Greg's mutation has severely effected his lungs and now Greg is in need of a double lung transplant. Along with hope the transplant brings financial strain. We are trying to raise funds to help cover time off from work for Greg and his wife, travel expenses to Boston for all pre and post transplant appointments, rent while recovering from surgery (which can be 6 months to a year), hospital bills and help with costly lifelong anti-rejection medications. Any help is greatly appreciated.

On the evening of March 21, Binx's car was stolen from her locked garage and in it was all of her DJ equipment and laptop. Binx has been there for so many of us for so many years and has supported the local Fresno LGBT community tirelessly for years so it's time for us to step up and give back. Let's get DJ Binx back on her feet!  Lets show her the love and appreciation she had earned and deserves!!

Operation Binx Rebound

We are one year into Aubrey's treatment. Because she has been so sedentary over the past year she has little stamina to play. Our wonderful neighbor Sue,  had the idea to get Aubrey a playhouse so she can have something low key to do while playing outside, one of her favorite things to do!<br /><br />Aubrey Coburn is a beautiful little girl who has already fought one battle.  She was born with <strong>Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome.</strong><br /><br />Her first open heart surgery was at three weeks old, the second open heart was at one years old, and her third open heart surgery was recently at three years old....<br /><br />Aubrey has been under the weather for the past few months.  Aubrey's mom knew something wasn't right and took her into the hospital.  As of April 9th 2014, the family received the news that she is now battleing again this time-<strong>Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia</strong> (Childhood Leukemia).<br /><br />Both of these situations are totally unrelated....  As Aubrey's Dr. stated.... "This little three year old girl has been struck by lightening twice".<br /><br />Please help in any way that you can to provide the family with support as they are beyond their means emotionally and financially.  This sitaution is requiring both to be away from work and their family (especially their oldest daughter Jada!)...

Aubrey's Playhouse Fund

This page has been set up to support Michelle Lemieux and her family. On December 6, 2013 Michelle Lemieux, a very dear friend, loving wife, wonderful mother, and a dedicated hard worker was diagnosed with two types of Breast Cancer (Ductal Carcinoma in situ (DCIS) & Invasive Ductal Carcinoma). Two months later on February 6th, she began her battle and road to recovery. <br><br>Most importantly we're asking for your prayers for Michelle and to share her story.  Secondly, we are raising money for Michelle and her family to not only offset medical costs but also allow them the ability to make the most of this time.
