My grandmother was everything to me—my mom, my best friend, and the person who shaped me into who I am today. She raised six children and ran a daycare in Washington, DC, caring for countless kids from the time I was just a baby. Growing up, I watched her dedicate herself to others, changing diapers, making bottles, and nurturing every child who came through her doors. Her love and commitment made me a natural father, and her example taught me the importance of kindness and giving back. She passed away on December 13th, 2025, and her loss has been a devastating blow. All I want now is to honor her memory in a way that reflects the incredible impact she had on so many lives. My goal is to purchase a beautiful urn for her, surrounded by plaques engraved with the names of all the children she cared for over 25 or 30 years. This tribute would be a lasting reminder of her dedication and the love she poured into our community. I’m asking for your help to make this possible. I want to earn funds to be able to catch up on my child support and on my bills. To be completely honest, that's exactly what I need it for. I've been trying to do the best I can, but I don't get any HUD, food stamps, or any kind of assistance from the government. Not to mention, I haven't gotten taxes in 25 years either, and I only got one stimulus from Trump when he sent them out a couple of years ago. But yeah, I'm struggling. I broke my back about 30 years ago, and it's really starting to take a toll on me. I filed for disability and I got denied three times, and then Jan Dills picked it up and got denied twice as well. That was a total of 10 years of my time, and now I have to start all over again. Now I suffer from migraine headaches, crippling migraine headaches, which make it so I can't even look at any light or hear any sound. I've had five concussions, I've been shot three times, and I have a bullet in my throat, my face, and my arm. I got stabbed four times, I've had my jaw broken, and I've had four pins in each knee. Not to mention, I hydroplaned a half a mile down a ravine in Greenbrier County heading to see my firstborn daughter in Maryland years and years ago. All these afflictions are catching up to me and really putting me down. I don't have any family to turn to or anything like that, so this is my last straw. I've never tried anything like this before, but I figured, hell, what's the worst that can happen? Thank you guys for all your help, and I will 100% pay it forward. That's my word. She would be 24 this month in February if she were still living. But my oldest son Nickolas, 22, is in Florida. My other son Christian, 13, is in Charleston, West Virginia, along with Jayla, 17, and Maelisha, 9. Lord knows it's been such a struggle to be the father that I know I can be. I just need to get over these couple of humps to be there 110% for my babies, to try to leave this world a little better place for them when I'm gone.
