 Help Joel Come Home ❤️
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Hi everyone. I don’t usually ask for help like this, but my French Bulldog, Joel, had a sudden medical emergency this weekend and is currently hospitalized.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Joel is turning nine this month and has been my baby since he was a puppy. He is my first dog who has ever been completely mine, and anyone who knows me knows how much he means to me.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Yesterday morning he suddenly began shaking, struggling to breathe, and vomiting. I rushed him to the emergency vet, where he was diagnosed with aspiration pneumonia and admitted for oxygen therapy, IV fluids, antibiotics, pain medication, and monitoring. His doctors have also found changes in his spine consistent with IVDD, which we’ll need to manage once he is stable enough to come home.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 The good news is that we caught the pneumonia early, and he has already been able to begin weaning down on oxygen. Right now his doctors are giving his body the time and support it needs to recover.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 His estimated hospital costs for a two-day stay are around $10,000, and I have already paid a $4,000 deposit so his care can continue. There will also be follow-up veterinary care and treatment once he comes home.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 I will make sure Joel gets what he needs regardless, but this emergency is a very large and unexpected financial hit. If anyone would like to help with his medical expenses, even a few dollars would mean more to me than I can say. Sharing this fundraiser helps just as much.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Thank you for loving my stubborn, snoring, blanket-stealing little guy with me. I just want to get him healthy and home where he belongs. ❤️
</div>

Help Joel Recover and Come Home

My name is Steven, and I’m starting this fundraiser for my family as we try to get through a really difficult season. My wife, <strong>Laura Pellom</strong>, fractured her foot and has been out of work, which has put a lot of strain on our household. We also have two children, and this has affected every part of our family’s day-to-day life. Our daughter is nonverbal and autistic, so keeping stability and meeting everyone’s needs during this time has been especially challenging. On top of that, we’ve had many out-of-town doctor appointments that have added travel costs and stress at a time when we were already stretched thin. This week, our cat also needed surgery, and the vet bill has made an already hard situation feel even heavier for all of us.
<br>
<br>
 We are asking for help so we can get caught up on bills and make it through Laura’s recovery without falling further behind. We’ve had to take out loans and use credit cards just to keep up, and we’re doing everything we can to stay afloat while supporting our whole household. It’s hard to ask for help, and I know so many people are hurting right now. I truly would not be asking if we didn’t really need it. If you’re able to give, any support would mean so much to us. If you can’t help financially, sharing this fundraiser would also be a huge help. Thank you all so much for your kindness, support, and prayers during this time.

Help Stevens Family Through Hard Times

<div>On Sunday, July 26, tragedy struck at Bite of Seattle when a mass shooting claimed the life of <strong>Ashley</strong> <strong>Whitehead</strong>, a lover of life, art and family. Ashley was waiting in line for cotton candy, enjoying the festival with her daughter, <strong>Zoie</strong>, and future son-in-law, Ben, when the violence began. She was shot and, despite surviving long enough to exchange heartfelt 'I love you's with her eldest daughter, passed away during surgery at Harborview. Family was everything to Ashley—she had recently moved to the west coast from Alabama to be closer to Zoie, while her younger daughter, Celeste, currently lives in Virginia.

</div>

<div>

</div>

<div> This is the second time tragedy has struck Zoie. In 2018, she lost her partner of seven years, my brother Michael, to heart failure. I’ve always referred to Zoie as my sister-in-law, and my kids call her Aunt Zoie. Zoie will be the sole benefactor of any funds donated, and will use the funds to support herself and her family as needed in the coming months. Donations to this fundraiser will help cover bereavement services, living expenses (as Ashley contributed to the household), and support Zoie and Ben as they cope with the trauma of surviving such a horrific event.

</div>

<div>

</div>

<div> We are reaching out to the community for help. Any support you can offer—whether through donations or sharing this fundraiser—will make a meaningful difference for Zoie and Ben as they navigate the aftermath of Ashley’s passing and the trauma of the mass shooting. Thank you for standing with them during this heartbreaking time.

<div><strong>Help Navy SEAL Willy Recover After Devastating Accident &amp; Stroke</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Help Willy reclaim his voice, his independence, and his life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Charles “Willy” Williamson has spent his entire life serving others.
</div>
<div>As a Bronze Star Navy SEAL, he risked everything for his country. After his military service, he continued that commitment—honoring fallen heroes at Riverside National Cemetery, ensuring their sacrifices were never forgotten.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He’s a father. A grandfather. A man who never stopped showing up for others.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now, he needs us to show up for him.
</div>
<div>________________________________________
</div>
<div><strong>A Life Changed in an Instant</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In a devastating turn of events, Willy suffered a catastrophic accident—followed by a major stroke.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In moments, everything changed.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He was left with:
</div>
<div>•	Multiple broken bones in both arms and one leg
</div>
<div>•	Emergency reconstructive surgeries, with more still ahead
</div>
<div>•	A stroke that caused aphasia and paralysis on his right side
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Today, Willy is fully aware of what’s happening around him…
</div>
<div>…but he cannot speak.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He cannot tell his family what he needs.
</div>
<div>He cannot say “I love you.”
</div>
<div>He cannot express the thoughts still clear in his mind.
</div>
<div>Imagine being trapped inside your own body—wanting to speak, but no words come out.
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>The Fight Isn’t Over</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Willy is still fighting.
</div>
<div>Every day, he pushes through pain and frustration with the same determination that defined his military service. His doctors believe that with intensive therapy and the right support, he has a real chance to recover meaningful function.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But recovery at this level isn’t covered by basic care—and it isn’t cheap.

Help a Navy SEAL Hero Battle Back: Support Willy’s Recovery

<div>My mother Diane Sullivan (Hutcheson) was a Navy veteran who bravely served her country and later faced a long battle with dementia. For the past six years, my wife and I were her caregivers, doing our best to support her through the challenges of her illness. Sadly, she passed away much sooner than we expected due to severe pneumonia. She was a loving mother of three boys and six grandchildren. Losing her has been incredibly difficult for our family, and we are still coming to terms with her absence.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are now faced with the unexpected costs of her funeral and burial. As her caregiver, I want to honor her final wishes and give her the respectful service she deserves. The funds raised will go directly toward covering funeral expenses, helping us provide a proper farewell for my mom. This support means so much to us during this time of grief.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We miss my mom deeply and appreciate any help in honoring her memory and her final wishes. Thank you for considering supporting our family as we say goodbye to someone who meant the world to us.
</div>

Help Honor a Navy Veteran Diane Hutcheson's Final Wishes

<div>On July 14th, my brother lost his nearly lifelong battle with depression. This has been devastating for our family, but we are working diligently to ensure he receives the recognition he deserves as a US Navy veteran and a wonderful human being. His service and kindness touched many lives, and we want to honor his memory in a way that reflects the impact he had on those around him.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Unfortunately, the VA only covers about $1,000 of funeral expenses, which falls significantly short of what is needed to provide him with a proper funeral. We are doing everything we can to bridge this gap, but the costs are overwhelming. Your support will help us give him the farewell he deserves, surrounded by loved ones and with the dignity befitting his service.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please donate as you can to help us honor my brother and support our family during this difficult time. Every contribution, no matter the size, is deeply appreciated. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
</div>

Help Honor My Brother, a US Navy Veteran

<div>Jennifer’s dad has dedicated over 50 years to public service, including serving as a Navy Veteran. Even now, while battling Acute Myelomonocytic Leukemia, he continues to work tirelessly in commercial cleaning and landscaping, scrubbing toilets and floors in local businesses. The effects of his illness and the intense chemotherapy have taken a toll on his health, causing him to lose most of his teeth. Despite these challenges, he remains committed to supporting himself and his family.
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div> Recently, he has been paying out of pocket to have his remaining teeth pulled so he can get dentures, all while continuing to work through pain and fatigue. Jennifer is hoping to raise funds to help her dad retire from his cleaning job and cover the costs of his dental care. After a lifetime of giving to others, he deserves the chance to rest and regain his comfort and dignity.
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div> Any support for this fundraiser will make a meaningful difference in his life. Your generosity will help provide him with the relief and security he needs after so many years of service. Thank you for considering a donation to help Jennifer’s dad during this difficult time.

<div>Our fire &amp; emergency services community is facing an incredibly difficult moment. Last evening, a tragic incident involving a member of the Glens Falls Fire Department shook all of us. Firefighters, EMS providers, and community members alike. One of our own was critically injured while serving the public, and her family is now keeping constant vigil at Albany Medical Center.
</div>
<div>In times like these, the strength of our fire and EMS family truly shows. We stand together. We lift each other up. And we take care of our own.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As her department focuses on supporting their crews and navigating the days ahead, we are organizing efforts to help ease the financial burden on her family. They are staying in Albany to remain by her side, and the costs of meals, lodging, and travel are already adding up. Our goal is to ensure that the family can focus entirely on her recovery, not on expenses.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are also coordinating meals for the Glens Falls Fire crews as they work through this difficult time, ensuring they are supported and cared for while they continue serving the community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your donation, no matter the amount, will directly support:
</div>
<div>• Meals and lodging for the firefighter’s family while they remain in Albany
</div>
<div>• Daily needs and unexpected expenses during this prolonged hospital stay
</div>
<div>• Support for Glens Falls Fire personnel as they navigate the emotional and operational impact of this tragedy
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is a moment for all of us; EMS, fire, and the broader community to come together and show what it truly means to be a family. Your generosity will make a meaningful difference and remind this firefighter’s loved ones that they are not facing this alone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for standing with us, for supporting one of our own, and for showing the strength of our community during its hardest moments.

<div>It was the best of times, it was the worst of times …
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Walter F. Vosburgh. I’ve spent my entire life serving others, including ten years in the United States Navy, standing watch during the Cold War, escorting reflagged Kuwaiti tankers in Operation Earnest Will during the Iran / Iraq War, and doing whatever else was needed to protect this country and our liberty and freedom.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After the Navy, I built a thirty‑year career in sales, with the last twelve years spent helping hospitals keep their patients and staff safe. I worked hard, I showed up, I gave everything I had.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>At home, my neighbors and friends call me “Mr. Fix It” because I’ve always been the one who steps in to get things fixed when something breaks - cars, appliances, plumbing, bikes, anything. I never asked for anything in return because helping people has always been the way I tried to make the world a little better.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But now, I am facing the toughest challenge of my life and I’m not backing down. Nothing I’ve ever faced has beaten me, and I won't allow this new challenge to win either.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In 2023, I survived congestive heart failure. I fought my way back to excellent health, only to lose the job I loved shortly afterward. I had given that company years of loyalty, dedication, and top performance, and I was replaced without a second thought. I tried to rebuild, to start over, to keep going.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>And then, this month, I was diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer.
</div>
<div>Hearing those words when your life is already hanging by a thread shakes you to your core. It feels like the ground disappears beneath your feet. Like you’re falling and there’s nothing to grab onto.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The truth is simple and painful: I am in desperate need of help.
</div>
<div>I’ve spent my entire life being the one who showed up for others. The one who fixed things. The one who made sure no one else had to struggle alone or be scared. The one who threw them a lifeline. But now, I’m the one who is struggling. I’m the one who is alone. I'm the one who is scared. I’m the one who needs a lifeline thrown to me.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’m 64 years old, fighting cancer, trying to hold my life together with everything I've got - and it’s not enough. My medical treatments are going to cost a fortune and they could wipe me out. I need help to stay afloat, to keep going, to have a chance to get through this fight without losing everything I’ve worked for my entire life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am asking, with all the humility I have, if anyone is able to help - please help me. Even the smallest contribution would give me a moment to breathe, a moment of stability, a moment of hope ...
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for reading my story, thank you for caring, and thank you from the bottom of my heart for anything you can do.

Support a Navy Veteran's Journey to Rebuild

<div>William “Bill” Burkey is a Navy veteran, husband, father, brother, and lifelong man of faith who has been fighting colon/rectal cancer for more than six years. The cancer has now spread to his lungs, bones, spine, ribs, sternum, hip, femur bone marrow, soft tissue, and brain. His prognosis has changed from years of treatment to months in palliative care.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Throughout this entire fight, my father has continued working remotely to maintain income and medical insurance for himself and my mother. Even while going through chemotherapy, radiation, surgeries, hospitalizations, and the physical toll of metastatic cancer, he has done everything he could to keep providing for her and protecting their stability.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now, after years of cancer treatment, medical emergencies, travel for care, and a recent shift into palliative care, we are trying to ease the financial burden on my mother so she can focus on the time she has left with her husband.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My father’s cancer journey began when he was 56 years old. Since then, he has endured chemotherapy, radiation, and multiple surgeries. In 2021, he was declared cancer-free, and our family believed we had finally reached the other side of the fight.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In late 2022, the cancer returned and had metastasized to his lungs.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>From 2023 into 2024, he began oral chemotherapy. The side effects were difficult, and the cancer was not responding the way everyone had hoped. After weighing the impact on his quality of life, he chose to pause that treatment and look for other options. At that point, he was willing to try anything that might give him more time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In July 2025, he developed double pneumonia and had to be airlifted from my parents’ home in Mississippi to his oncologist in Louisiana. The following month, he resumed weekly chemotherapy infusions and continued them until December 2025. Once again, the treatment took a serious toll on his body and his ability to live any kind of normal life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Before all of this, my parents had sold their home in 2022 and bought an RV with the hope of traveling across the country to see the national parks. They have a small piece of land in Mississippi, where my mother has been caring for him.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In February 2026, during a routine PET scan, doctors discovered that the cancer had spread much further. It had metastasized to his femur bone marrow and soft tissue. The tumors in his lungs had increased in size and multiplied. The cancer had also spread to his T1 and T10 vertebrae, his left hip/iliac crest, his sternum, and throughout his ribcage.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My father has just turned 62 years old. Our family is grateful he was able to reach this birthday, and we are now hoping and praying he will also be here for my parents’ wedding anniversary on July 1, 2026. At this point, every birthday, anniversary, visit, conversation, and quiet moment together means more than words can explain.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He endured two weeks of palliative radiation to his femur. Despite everything, he wanted to see his father and siblings, so he flew to Central California, where he grew up. While there, he was admitted to the hospital for dehydration and released the following day. That evening, he began showing signs of confusion and loss of balance. His brothers had him transported by ambulance back to the emergency room, where he was admitted for a second time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>An MRI confirmed two brain bleeds and a tumor at the base of his cerebellum pressing near his sinus. He required emergency brain surgery. When we received the news, I flew my mother, my younger brother, myself, and my husband to California because we feared this might be the end. Thankfully, the surgery was successful in removing the tumor.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My parents stayed in California for an additional week before I flew back out, rented a car, and helped them make the drive from California back to Mississippi.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are trying to raise approximately $50,000 to help cover medical debt, treatment-related costs, emergency travel, hospital expenses, and the financial strain caused by years of cancer care. Although my father has continued working remotely throughout his illness in order to maintain income and medical insurance, the cost of ongoing treatment, emergencies, and travel for care has become more than my parents can manage alone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The goal of this fundraiser is simple: to reduce the weight of medical debt on my mother so she can spend this time with my father as his wife, not only as his caregiver carrying the financial burden alone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My father has been active in Christian churches for most of his life. When we lived in Long Beach, California, as well as in Weeki Wachee, Florida, he volunteered his time helping with church technology needs and was an active member of church services. He has always tried to be useful, present, and supportive to others in the community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now our family is asking for support for him.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Any donation, no matter the amount, will help. If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser would also mean a great deal to our family.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for helping us support my parents through this painful chapter and for helping my mother have more peace during the time she has left with my father.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With gratitude,
</div>

Help Navy Veteran Bill Burkey Through Metastatic Cancer

<div>I spent 27 years serving the Navy and this country. I have never asked for anything in return. I am asking now – not for me alone but for my wife Racquel and our sons.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Steve. I retired from the U.S. Navy in 2023 as a Captain with 27 years of service, including assignments in Surface Warfare and Human Resources. I have spent my life in service to others — to my country, my family, and my community. In 2025, I was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM), the most aggressive form of brain cancer. I have undergone surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering (removing tumors), radiation, and concurrent chemotherapy, and I am now in active maintenance chemotherapy. I fight every single day and am not slowing down.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Through much research, I have identified a treatment that gives me a real chance at more time – and more life – with the people I love most. I need your help to access it. CeGaT is a world-leading genomics and cancer research center in Tübingen, Germany. Their CeCaVa program engineers personalized neoantigen peptide vaccines directly from the genetic signature of a patient’s tumors. Rather than treating cancer with a one-size-fits-all approach, it is designed specifically around the unique mutations in my tumor cells – training my immune system to identify and attack exactly those cells.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The funds raised will cover tumor analysis, airline tickets, and vaccine manufacture. Any funds raised in excess of the requested amount will go toward lodging, meals, and incidental costs, reducing out-of-pocket expenses for my family. Whether you are here because you know me, because someone shared this page, or because you simply believe in fighting for more time with the people you love — thank you. The outpouring of support from friends, family, fellow veterans, and complete strangers in this fight has humbled me in ways I cannot fully put into words. Every contribution — large or small — moves me closer to a cure, and to more time with Racquel and our sons. That is everything. If you are not in a position to give financially, sharing this page costs nothing and may reach someone who can. Either way, I am grateful.

Help Navy Veteran Fight Brain Cancer

<div>Fundraiser for Morristown police officer Hunter Donahoo who has been diagnosed with a mass on his brain this week. Officer Donahoo is also a navy veteran and former Deputy with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office. He has been with MPD (Morristown Police Department) for 4 years. Officer Donahoo is meeting with doctors this week to schedule surgery to remove the mass, at which time they will obtain samples of the mass to determine how to move forward.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This officer and his wife are also expecting their second child in less than a month.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you can’t help financially, please remember Officer Donahoo and his family in prayer during this difficult season. There is no timeline yet on when he will be returning to work so anything will help with medical expenses, travel, and additional out of pocket expenses the family may face along the way.
</div>

Morristown Police Officer Hunter Donahoo

My father was a proud Navy veteran and a loving father of five. He spent his life serving his country and caring for his family. Recently, he was hospitalized and, for a time, it seemed as though he was on the mend. We were hopeful for his recovery, but unexpectedly, he coded multiple times and his time with us was cut short. He passed away at the age of 63, leaving behind four children under 18 who now face life without their dad.
<br>
<br>
 This loss has been incredibly difficult for our family. As we grieve, we are also faced with the challenge of covering his final expenses and making sure his children have the support they need. The funds raised will help pay for his funeral and ensure his kids have meals and resources as they navigate this new chapter. Your kindness will make a real difference in their lives during this painful time.
<br>
<br>
 Thank you for your support and condolences. We greatly appreciate your contributions and any help you can offer. Your generosity means so much to us as we try to honor his memory and care for his children.

<div>Rob Olson has spent his life serving his community as a Los Angeles County Firefighter. He spent countless hours and long shifts putting his community before himself. Behind that courage Rob faced a long and difficult battle with PTSD. This is a struggle that many first responders endure. 2 weeks ago that struggle came to a boiling point. Firefighter’s family is in need of support

<div>There are no words strong enough to describe the heartbreak this family is facing right now. In the blink of an eye, a loving fiancé, devoted father, and the sole provider for his family was taken far too soon. He leaves behind Kenzi and their three beautiful children, who are now trying to navigate a future without the man who was their rock, protector, and greatest source of love and support. Along with Tyler, Kenz and the kids also lost Brad, her brother in law &amp; uncle.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As they grieve this unimaginable loss, the weight of everyday life continues to grow. From monthly bills, groceries, and simply trying to keep a roof over their heads, this family is now facing challenges no family should have to endure while mourning someone they loved so deeply.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Anyone who knew him knew how hard he worked for his family and how much he loved Kenz and the kids. They were his entire world. Now, his family is left carrying the emotional pain of losing him and so much uncertainty.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are asking for help to give this family a little bit of stability during the hardest time of their lives. Any donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward supporting Kenz and the kids as they try to heal and rebuild after this devastating loss.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser and keeping this family in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you for helping surround them with love, support, and hope during such a heartbreaking time.

Support for Kenz and Kids After Heartbreaking Loss

<div>Dear friends, family, and supporters,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With love and determination, we are coming together to support our incredible friend, Mia Hamant, as she begins the fight of her life. Mia has been diagnosed with Stage 4 SMARCB1-deficient kidney cancer — a very rare and aggressive form of kidney cancer caused by the loss of a specific gene (SMARCB1) that normally helps regulate critical cell functions. Without this gene, the cancer grows rapidly and can spread throughout the body.
</div>
<div>Mia’s condition is so rare that many medical facilities may only see a single case per year.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Mia has always been one of one — known for her grit, fearless spirit, competitive fire, and the ability to lift everyone around her. She leads with heart, toughness, and an authenticity that inspires all who know her. She has never backed down from a challenge, and she won’t now.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>About Mia
</div>
<div>Mia is a junior goalkeeper for the University of Washington women's soccer team. Known for her exceptional skills, unwavering dedication, and uplifting spirit as a teammate, she played a pivotal role in helping Washington become the NCAA Statistical Champion in save percentage during the 2024 season. Mia also led the team in shutouts and was instrumental in winning two penalty kick shootouts — helping the Huskies advance and ultimately reach the Round of 32 in the NCAA Tournament.
</div>
<div>Her journey began in Corte Madera, California, where she played for Marin FC 04 Blue ECNL, leading her team to multiple championships. At Redwood High School, Mia was a standout athlete, earning All-League First Team honors, being named Defensive Player of the Year twice, and earning the respect of teammates and coaches alike for her leadership and heart both on and off the field.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>How You Can Help
</div>
<div>Cancer treatment comes with overwhelming emotional and financial challenges. As Mia begins this journey, she may face a combination of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
</div>
<div>This GoFundMe has been created to help ease the burden by covering medical expenses, travel for treatment, and daily living costs — giving Mia, her family, and her support system the space to focus fully on her healing.
</div>
<div>Every contribution, no matter the amount, makes a real difference. If you're unable to donate, simply sharing this campaign and keeping Mia in your thoughts and prayers means the world.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The family deeply appreciates your love and support during this time. To give them the space they need, we kindly ask that you refrain from reaching out to them directly. Instead, please feel free to leave your messages or words of encouragement here on this page. They are reading every message and find great comfort in them. Thank you for understanding.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Mia has always been one of one. Now it's time to help her #ShutoutCancer.

Mia Hamant's Fight — One of One

<div>Real talk?
</div>
<div>Cancer doesn’t care how young you are, how healthy you’ve been, or how hard you fight. Angela—“Ang” to her people—is 42 years old, fiercely funny, sharp as hell, and in the fight of her life.
</div>
<div>She was only 40 when diagnosed in October 2022 with stage 3 colon cancer after months of being told she was “too young” and just needed “more fiber.” Spoiler: her fiber intake was just fine. Instead, she ended up in the ER with a ruptured colon, had emergency surgery, and began a grueling chemo regimen. By May 2023, after 6 months of battling through what she thought was hell—nausea, surgeries, side effects, and a colostomy—Ang was in remission. She even let herself dream about getting back to “normal” by the end of the summer.
</div>
<div>But cancer had other plans.
</div>
<div>In August 2023, just in time for Ang’s 41st birthday, routine scans revealed that the cancer was back. It had spread. Angela was now facing stage 4 colon cancer.
</div>
<div>Overall, it’s been a relentless rollercoaster:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>39 rounds of chemo
</li>
<li>15 radiation session
</li>
<li>30+ days in the hospital
</li>
<li>4 life-changing surgeries
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>And through it all, Ang is still dropping “that’s what she said” jokes during treatment and fighting with a kind of stubborn hope only Ang could pull off.
</div>
<div>Angela is a wife to Mike—her rock, caregiver, and resident everything-doer—who’s been holding down two jobs while running the household. Their son Keaton is 15-almost-16, and watching his mom battle something no teenager should have to witness. Also in the mix is Chief, their loyal (and extremely spoiled) French bulldog who has become an emotional support beanbag with legs.
</div>
<div>Here’s the thing:
</div>
<div>The Powell family has never been the type to ask for help. For the last 2.5 years, they’ve quietly carried this weight while politely declining most offers of support—accepting only the occasional meal. But after this last hospitalization, the time for “we’re fine” has passed. The Powell family is finally ready to lean on the community that’s been waiting to show up for them.
</div>
<div>If you’ve ever asked, “What can I do to help?” This is it. This GoFundMe won’t cure cancer, but it will ease the burden.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Funds will go toward:
</div>
<ul>
<li>Ongoing medical and comfort care costs
</li>
<li>Covering lost income as Mike juggles caregiving and work
</li>
<li>Creating meaningful moments and time together
</li>
<li>Supporting Keaton’s future, no matter what comes next
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Ang has spent a lifetime being the helper—planning the party, showing up for others, putting everyone else first. Now, it’s our turn to show up for her.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As she put it best:
</div>
<div>"....this (the C word) has allowed me to stumble onto a wild concept: self-care. Not the cute kind with bubble baths—real self-care. What do I need? Be okay with asking for it. And then let go of the guilt.”
</div>
<div>This is us answering that ask.
</div>
<div>Every donation helps—every share matters. Every message reminds Angela she’s surrounded by love—even when she doesn’t have the energy to text back. Let’s walk this next stretch beside her—with open hearts, loud support, and maybe even a few inappropriate jokes (Ang would approve).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Kaitlin and Sherry.
</div>

Angela Powell is in the fight of her life.

<div>My name is Lenisa Clemons and I’m raising funds on behalf of the Carlson family. Their daughters, <span>Josie and Lucy, were recently diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and will be hospitalized at Seattle Children’s Hospital for the next several months as they undergo treatment. With a long road ahead, the Carlson family needs our support now more than ever.</span>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>One of the most meaningful ways you can help is by easing the financial burden that comes with this kind of life-altering diagnosis. All donations will go directly toward supporting the Carlson family with medical expenses and essential living expenses during this incredibly challenging time.<span> </span><span>Every dollar donated is a reminder that the Carlsons are surrounded by love and support. </span><span>If you’re unable to give financially, simply sharing this page and keeping them in your thoughts means the world.</span>

</div>
<div><span><br /></span>
</div>
<div><span>Julie Hammar, Josie &amp; Lucy's grandmother, has been a constant support for the Carlson family, helping care for the twins since shortly after their birth. Julie continues to support the family at the hospital and will also take on the responsibility of managing the funds from this campaign. </span><span>Her oversight will ensure that medical bills and essential expenses are handled with care, allowing Mallory and Leif to focus their energy entirely on Josie and Lucy.</span>

<div>We will be posting updates here on Josie and Lucy’s progress throughout their treatment so you can follow their journey and continue to send your support.

Supporting the Carlsons as Lucy & Josie Fight Leukemia

<div>This fundraiser is to support Whitney Decker with expenses and legal costs following the tragic loss of her three daughters, Paityn, Evelyn, and Olivia.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On May 30th, the girls were reported missing after a scheduled visitation with their father. We are heartbroken to share that the girls have since passed. Their light touched so many, and the pain of this loss is immeasurable.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’ve known Whitney for years, we're both dance moms and theater friends. We originally met through Short Shakespeareans, where I serve as the music director and had the privilege of teaching Whitney’s girls over the past few years. We’ve spent this year as dance moms together, with my daughter Maisy and Whitney’s daughter Evelyn both performing on the Fabulous Feet Dance Rockstars team.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Funds raised will go directly to Whitney to help cover final expenses, support time off from work, and give her space to heal without financial pressure.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>In light of the overwhelming response, I want to clarify that this is the only official GoFundMe fundraiser approved by Whitney and created with her full knowledge and consent.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>All donations made here will go directly to Whitney to support her needs during this time. There is no set goal, anything you are able to contribute is deeply appreciated.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Please respect Whitney’s privacy at this time. She is not open to media contact and future updates from her or the family will be shared here.</strong>

<div>My mother's name is Chrissy Tully. I'm Chrissys long lost son Patrick taken from her in the Tuam home in 1954. I found my birth mother Chrissy only 10 years ago we have been robbed of all those years together. I have a brother Michael that was also born in Tuam.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Chrissy never got over loosing us and the love of her life who went to England and never came back she never got married and spent her life alone she worked hard every day and tells me there isn't a day that went by where she didn't think of us. Chrissy story was featured in the Missing Childrens documentary by Tanya Stephens.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The reason for this page is Chrissy needs a home she is living in a council house which she has the opportunity to buy but can't afford. Chrissy is fearful that all record of her will go if she dies and the house is gone. Chrissys wish is that this house will remain her family home and connection to finding her long last son. Chrissy says "we have found no trace of Michael, apart from one record that says “return to the Tuam home”. He may be one of the children buried in the septic tank at the site of the former home, but equally he could have been illegally adopted".
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Wherever he is, Chrissy has never gone to sleep without saying the rosary for him since the day she was told he was gone, she was 18 years old and has prayed every night for him since.
</div>
<div>She fears that if he is alive, and he does look for her, that the home she had will be gone. Please help Chrissy keep her home Wherever Michael is, there should be a home for him every child needs to know their mother waited for them for as long as they could.

Last of the Tuam survivors

<div>Hi, my name is Kim Anh Tran, and I’m the daughter of <strong>Kim Dung Tran</strong>. I’m creating this GoFundMe to support my mom and our family as she faces <strong>Stage 4 Metastatic Cancer</strong>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>At the beginning of April, what began as a stomach virus and headache quickly turned into a medical emergency. After two nights in the ER, my mom fell into a coma. Doctors discovered a brain tumor pressing against her brain, which had caused a stroke. After undergoing emergency brain surgery, we received the devastating confirmation: the tumor is cancerous.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This will be my mom’s <strong>third fight with cancer</strong>. She overcame colon cancer in 2019, and again in 2021. Now, she begins another fight—with radiation treatment ahead and physical therapy to help regain strength on her left side, which was weakened by the stroke.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’ve been in the hospital for nearly a month at UW Medicine, and she has now been transferred to a rehabilitation center in Federal Way. Since day one, our family has been by her side 24/7—doing everything we can emotionally, physically, and spiritually. But we are also emotionally and financially exhausted.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are humbly asking for your support as we raise <strong>$50,000</strong> to help cover:
</div>
<ul>
<li>Medical bills and medications not fully covered by insurance
</li>
<li>Follow-up care and essential rehabilitation
</li>
<li>Nutritional support and holistic therapies to aid her recovery
</li>
<li>Support for our family to rest, recover, and keep showing up for her
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>No amount is too small. <strong>Every donation, prayer, and share helps lighten the load we are carrying—and brings hope to a family that is trying to stay strong.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for reading, for caring, and for supporting my mom, Kim Dung Tran, in her time of need.
</div>

<div>Lucinda Mullins, or Cindy, as most of her friends call her, is a lovely, caring, brave and beautiful young lady who has recently experienced a life-changing tragedy that will leave her as a quadruple amputee. Cindy and her family will have to make a few adjustments to their home to accommodate Cindy's needs as well as her prosthetics and adaptive equipment. The costs of all of this can be overwhelming. We started this fundraiser because we want to support our hero Cindy, as well as her husband DJ who has been by her side every step of the way. Cindy and DJ have two young children who are missing their mom and dad terribly. Sometimes life is hard and there's no way around it. Cindy and DJ's world has come to a complete stop, but the world around them continues to move forward. Let's help ease their burden while they heal and get back to their lives. We hope to be able to allow Cindy to focus on her recovery. Thank you for your support!

<div><em>Thank you to everyone who participated here, and please know that all funds raised for the family through this first GoFundMe have been spent or accounted for and have covered many important needs, including: initial medical and therapy needs such as surgeries, treatments, and rehabilitation; specialized equipment; travel; beginning costs needed to secure a new home that can accommodate needed ADA adaptations; and investigation into additional treatments and approaches to address Cooper’s condition. <div>The friends of the Roberts family have created this fundraiser. Keely Roberts and her 8-year-old son, Cooper, were significantly impacted by the tragic events of the Fourth of July parade in Highland Park, Illinois. Cooper’s brother Luke was also present, witnessed both of those injuries, and suffered emotional trauma that day. Cooper’s spinal cord was severed, and he is paralyzed from the waist down. After undergoing many surgeries, suffering complications, and spending weeks in the hospital and rehabilitation, he is now home where he continues to work with doctors, nurses, and rehabilitation experts on his healing and progress. Cooper continues to fight as hard as he can. We know the family’s medical bills will be significant, as will the treatments, therapy, and all of the equipment, devices, and needs in their home. Please continue to keep the Roberts family in your thoughts and prayers. Any help you can provide is deeply appreciated.

The Cooper Roberts Family Fundraiser

<p>Wynter was recently diagnosed with Large GI Lymphoma, we were told she wasn’t going to make it to her first oncologist appointment which was last week! Unfortunately, her test results were not what we were hoping for and came back as large T-cell’s which cuts her chances in half, but at only 3 years old we feel she deserves a chance at life. We are fighting for her life and doing everything we possibly can, due to how young she is and she has a chance if we move forward with chemo! Although the t-cells cut her chances to fight this by 50% we are willing to try and see how much time we can buy her. Unfortunately, the cost of all of her tests thus far have added up and we were told chemo is not going to be cheap.  Wynter is loved and cared for by so many so we are asking for your help to give this beautiful girl a longer, fighting chance.<br /><br />thank you all for your support as we navigate this scary process!
</p>

<p>We couldn’t get through this without you!

Paul has been recovering in the ICU and is undergoing another surgery today. Most know Paul for turntable skills, being one of the most well known house DJ’s in Seattle. Close friends know him for his integrity and trustworthiness, impeccable style, his creative genius and always down to have fun in front of the camera with his crew. But more importantly he is a life long friend to many, son and a brother, and one of the most reliable and honest people we know. So now it’s time for him to rely on us for a bit. We are raising money for Paul’s recovery and every dollar will go to aiding this process. We appreciate any amount and thank you for all the prayers, love, positive energy being sent his way, we know he can feel it. Funds will be going to Rick Hale who has set up an account just for Paul so he can manage for him. All donations will be solely used for Paul's medical bills and recovery.

Last week, sometime during the snow storm, our head janitor Juana Morales was walking to her car near her house and slipped and fell. Unfortunately Juana is unable to work because she broke her wrist. This injury will require her to have surgery and miss a fair amount of work. Not only is she missing work but she also is going to have to pay out of pocket for her surgery. We here at La fitness thought it would be awesome if we could help raise some money for her, for she is hard working, an amazing mother and wife. Anything you can give helps and we would truly appreciate it.<br /><br />Thank You
