The Al-Hatal family is from Gaza City and after their home was destroyed more than a year ago, they have been displaced several times, often living in a tent, without access to basic necessities.

<div>The youngest child Jamal, who is 18 months old, has chronic medical needs, and in March he suffered burns on his face and neck after an airstrike caused a fire close to their tent.

Every dollar counts: The Al-Hatal's Desperate Plea from Gaza

<div>I'm a trans person living in Sweden, someone for whom trans healthcare in this country is a cruel joke. I am in desperate need of top surgery, and if I don't get it privately, I may never get it at all.

<div>Every night, I ask myself: How will I protect this child? How will I provide for him while we suffer under these catastrophic conditions? In this bitter cold seeping into our shabby tent, where my little girl shudders from the cold, and my elderly mother-in-law grows weaker by the day!

<div>With donations declining, we are unable to secure even the most basic necessities. We are trying to hold on, but we are in desperate need of any support that will give us a chance at life. <div>We owned a house in my city, Khan Younis. It was simple and full of warmth, but the war came and completely destroyed our house, and not a trace of it remained. We had started to build a life for our daughter, and the war came and nothing was left for us.

<div>My husband owned a barber shop and worked in it, but it was also completely destroyed, with all its equipment. Indeed, we no longer had any source of income, not even a shelter to shelter us, so we were forced to move to a small tent.

Help Ansam and her family survive Gaza

<div>Hi I’m Antonia Bithell and I’m helping raise emergency funds for Elham, a young lady in Gaza who needs our help. She was a successful student until her university was destroyed by IOF. The money will be used for food, water, every day necessities and hopefully one day soon evacuation. Below is her story.

</div>
<div>I am Ilham Hamdan from Gaza, I am twenty-one years old, a university student, but because of the war I did not complete my education. I lost my father when I was three years old, and after that my mother, sisters and I lived together. We suffered a lot because of poverty, so I worked hard in my school and then university. I was one of the top students hoping to get a job and make up for everything for my family, but I studied for two years in university and got a scholarship because of my excellence. I have two years left to complete because of the war and genocide we are currently living. First, we were forcibly displaced from our home in Khan Younis by bullets and shooting at us, I suffered many injuries in my feet and I was psychologically exhausted. We went to Rafah in a tent for about four months amidst diseases, poverty and pollution. I suffered a lot because of the widespread diseases and I got hepatitis, from which I recovered with difficulty, thanks to God. Then after the invasion of Rafah we returned to our completely burned house in Khan Younis and we had to "live in it because there was nowhere else to go, we had no source of income. We usually eat thanks to the few aid boxes that reach us, and when they are not available we bake bread by putting the bread dough on a metal surface that sometimes rusts a little and then we light a fire to bake the dough.
</div>

<div>But by cooking bread directly on the metal we risk getting diseases and stomach pains that we cannot treat, because as you know there are not many hospitals and doctors here.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our living conditions are absolutely catastrophic. We do not enjoy a proper level of hygiene and we cannot maintain a decent health condition.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>"We have lost all the energy in our bodies and souls, and our psychological state is destroyed because of what we see every day, so I decided to create a special bond for me and my family

Help Elham Hamdan to survive life in Gaza

<div>Hello everyone, I am Ahmed Qandeel from the Gaza Strip, specifically Rafah l have 27 old.

<div>I have suffered since the beginning of the war, just as my people have suffered.
</div>

</div>
<div>I used to work in the West Bank as aconstruction worker, but when the war began, I was arrested, imprisoned, tortured and beaten without any reason.
</div>

</div>
<div>I spent 15 days there, and they were the most difficult days of my life there, away from my family, my wife and my only son, Ashraf, who is a year and a half old.
</div>

</div>
<div>On the 16th day, I was released and transferred to Gaza. When I returned to my parents, brothers, wife and son, I suffered with them from the war and hunger.
</div>

<div>Until now, I am suffering from the symptoms of imprisonment and my memory cannot forget those two weeks, the worst 15 days of my life.
