<div>I am reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support for our dear friend, Julie Mattes, who is bravely battling stage 4 metastatic brain cancer. Despite undergoing radiation, the treatment has not been effective, and she is now transitioning to hospice care so she can spend her remaining time in a comfortable and loving environment at home with her loving fiancé, Matt.

From medical equipment and nursing support to making sure Julie has everything she needs to be at peace, these costs can quickly add up, placing an overwhelming burden on her family during an already heartbreaking time.

Support Julie Mattes' Hospice Care Journey

<div>On the night of October 26, 2022, Jessica experienced complications with her 9 month pregnancy. Upon arriving at the ER, it was determined they needed to perform emergency surgery to deliver her baby. Unfortunately, Baby Major did not survive. With this unexpected loss, obviously Jessica and Haden are devasted.  With them being a young family just starting out, they have limited resources and this large unexpected emotional and financial burden is more than most can handle.  I am hoping, that with your help, we can provide at least some financial assistance to help alleviate some of the financial stress while they grieve the loss of their baby. This is our little fighter Elijah. He came into this world against all our attempts to keep him in his moms belly. He was born at 24 weeks and 6 days gestation. Weighted 1 pound and 10.2 ounces. And 12 inches long. He is our micro preemie fighting for his life every second of everyday. Any help to cover his medical expenses for his long 3 month journey at the nicu will make a difference.
