<div>My daughter has been fighting since the day she was born. She arrived early at 34 weeks and has faced challenge after challenge with so much strength. She is showing early signs of cerebral palsy, when my daughter was born the hospital caused her to have a brain injury causing bleeding in the brain and struggles with stiffness in her legs and developmental delays among other health issues. She recently had multiple surgeries , plus ongoing feeding issues that required a G-tube.

<div>As her mom, I’ve been doing everything I can to keep her comfortable, safe, and moving forward. But the constant appointments, unexpected medical issues, travel for care, and daily responsibilities have been overwhelming emotionally, physically, and financially. I try to stay strong for her, but it’s been a lot to carry alone.

<div>Hi, my name is Conchetta and I’m a mother of 6. I come to you guys on hands and knees praying for your help. <strong>I have an eviction notice and need 1500.00 to stay in the home our home it’s 30*degree outside sometimes colder my rent is 1200 a month and I’m just really having a very tough time these pass couple of months especially not having transportation.</strong> I want to tell you guys a little of how I got in this situation. I used to be a part-time worker and I had to go on welfare after my daughter’s diagnoses 8years ago. I decided not to take the easy way out and I use every cent I made to move us into a home that’s on one floor and comfortable for me and my kids.. when covid hit I lost my part time job because I didn’t have enough kids to keep my daycare business open..that’s why I had to apply for cash assistance's.. Every check that I got from their fathers or welfare( cash assistance) I paid rent and electric. As my kids got older, the amounts started to change, and I found myself having to pay rent one month and electric another month, and still, it was backing up. I found myself not getting caught up that’s why I’m here today I no wants I got caught up everything would be okay because they just keep piling on late fees which they have the right to and my landlord is a great dude but of course he needs his money..

<div>Not only through dealing with all of this, I have an eight-year-old little girl who has cerebral palsy. She is blind with seizures, and her food has to be pureed, so I had to give up my part-time job because she needs 24-hour care. The school made her homeschool because they’re not equipped to teach her with her disability. So that put more on my plate. I know you're wondering where the family is. Well, I can answer that as well. I don’t have any moral support from my mom or dad. My mother took the easy way out and is living with her mother, and she on oxygen and she barely can help herself.but that’s a story I hope I get to tell once I get myself caught up and start my own channel that documents my life as a cerebral palsy mother as well as how I grew up molested and the struggles I have now with my own kids.. I grew up going through a lot as a child but I promise myself to strived to be the best parent I can be.

<div>I really hate that I have to come here for help, but social services have cut some of my services off and it takes weeks and months to get back on because here we are only allowed to get help from them for a certain amount of months, and then after that, you are on your own. I have every document you may need to understand I really need your help. I’ve been trying to finish driver’s ed classes for so long here they charge you 600.00 dollars just for the classes we don’t have them in schools which makes things even harder with no transportation..I’ve made things even more harder on me when I got a car and lap my insurance laps and I don’t no if you no but you drive without insurance and a license they charge you everyday you don’t have any, so now I have to pay 1000 and some dollars to pay off my debt so I can get a car for me and my family. <strong>My daughter’s doctor appointments are an hour and a half from me, and we need to be there 3 days out of the week, and I can’t do that because I have no car and I’m so stress about where my kids are going to go while I find rides there and back, and it’s hard.</strong> I’m a mother who be present in my kids life since I was 17 and it’s something I wouldn’t change but I’m lost right now , and I need your support and help right now. Please reach out to us support us and lets us no we are not alone.

There’s so much more I can say, but I feel I don’t have enough space here.
