It had been a long day, and my friend and I sat down, food in hand. We flipped on the TV, searching for queer media, specifically sapphic. We perused the TV, asked Google, but couldn't find many to watch. It was in that moment that I decided I should write the story I wanted to watch. A story had been brewing in my head for months, begging to be written. I finally decided to commit to the bit and start looking for a team to help. The project gained traction, and the answer was apparent: This story was going to be told! This project is called Seven Minutes and would follow the lives of members or those with ties to a gang called Ciela. It’s in a very tumultuous time, with leadership changes, new gangs rising, and interpersonal fights. It would revolve around ten different characters, showing their trials and accomplishments and their ways of coping with the hand life dealt them.
