I'm raising money for my friend Muhammad Raed and Muhammad Raed's family of 8. Muhammad is 18 and is the primary caretaker of his family. They have been displaced more than 10 times and are now living in a tent on the beach in Khan Yunis refugee camp in Gaza. Right now, the need is extremely urgent. Muhammad Raed and the family are not adequately protected from the freezing nights and blistering days. On top of that, they have very little access to food, clean water, and medical care. Living in these conditions has left them without the basic safety and necessities a family needs day to day. Donations will help them buy food and clean drinking water, get supplies to repair their tent, and provide clothing, blankets, and basic medical supplies. Every contribution will go toward helping Muhammad Raed and the family meet immediate daily needs and improve their shelter and protection from the elements. I will be transferring the funds in my name to a checking account specifically intended to be an initial account to accept the GoFundMe transfers. Every time that account receives a deposit from this campaign, I will then send that money directly to Ahmed's parents using my PayPal account.
