Honoring Joseph Meister III: Supporting His Sons’ Future Joseph Meister’s (III) passing leaves his loving immediate family—his wife and two sons, Kevin and Zack—grieving and navigating a new path. Kevin deeply misses his Papa’s laughter and the special moments they shared. Zack cherished time with his father, especially their nature walks and car rides, finding joy in the beauty around them. Joe’s love for music lives on in Zack, who inherited his father’s passion for the drums. We wish to honor Joe’s memory by supporting Zack’s continued drum lessons and helping Kevin learn piano—ensuring their father’s love for music endures. Both boys are nonverbal and require extra living assistance, medical, social and educational support.  Your generosity will help cover these vital expenses and provide them with opportunities for growth, healing, and connection to their father’s legacy.  This will also help support the fund for his memorial service as he had no life insurance, so this is a struggle for the family to cover. As well as costs of moving house and funding his sons’ continued living costs and educational progress.  Any contribution, big or small, means the world to Kevin, Zack, and their mom as they move forward together, honoring him and the good memories he created with his family that they cherish and hold dear.

I never thought I would be abused. The word itself carries shame and horror. But what comes into the light starts to heal, and I hope that sharing my story inspires and helps others to share their story too and lets them know they’re not alone. I escaped an abusive relationship that was financially abusive as well as in many other ways. My life was threatened and my home and livelihood affected too. So that’s why I’m posting this, as I cannot do this on my own. I’m starting anew, and trusting that a new beginning is the best thing. But I need your help and support! No one deserves to be abused. I would wish this pain on no one. It’s been a harrowing year and process to get away- please help me to restart- and create a strong new beginning. And for things to be redeemed!! I was also blackmailed by my abuser and my personal photos were posted against my consent which caused me to lose my main form of income.
