What they care about

I know times are tough for everyone. If you can’t donate, please share this. And if you can donate, just know your kindness isn’t taken for granted. I see you. I appreciate you. And I will pay it forward the moment I get the chance.

one month Yesterday marked one month since my mom passed away. I still can't quite believe she's gone, and I miss her every single day. I wanted to say thank you to everyone who has prayed for me and Skyler, shared this page, and checked in on us. It means more than I can put into words, and it has carried me through some very hard days. Right now I'm working on clearing out my mom's apartment, which has to be done by the end of the month, and I'm still working my home healthcare shifts while I try to build my hours back up. Skyler is doing okay and has started counseling, which I am so thankful for. I'm still in the gap with bills while my income is down, so any gift or share still helps more than you know. And if all you can give is a prayer, please know that is not a small thing to us. Thank you for loving on my little family. — Becca

    For sharing a fundraiser.

Hi, I'm Rebecca Lemmons, and I'm reaching out to you today to support the American Diabetes Association (ADA). Every 26 seconds, someone in the U.S. is diagnosed with diabetes. With 136 million Americans living with this disease or prediabetes, the ADA plays a critical role in helping individuals thrive while managing their health. Your donations will directly contribute to the fight against diabetes, enhancing the lives of millions. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those affected. Please consider supporting this vital cause. Every dollar counts! Funding research initiatives aimed at discovering new treatments and potential cures. Providing education and resources to help individuals better manage their diabetes. Join me in supporting the ADA’s mission to end diabetes once and for all. Thank you for your generosity!
My mother passed away, and along with that loss, I also lost my income for the time being because I worked for her. Right now, I am trying to fill my hours back up, but in the meantime I am facing a sudden gap in income at a time when my family still has to keep going. As a single-income parent, this has made it hard for me to take care of my daughter like I was before. The biggest immediate need is help with bills, especially my electric bill, and I need that help within the next 30 days. This fundraiser is to help me stay afloat while I work to rebuild my hours and get some stability back. Because this financial need continues while my income is still reduced, recurring donations would make a real difference in helping me keep up with ongoing bills. One-time donations would also mean so much and help right away. If you are able to give or share this fundraiser, I would be deeply grateful. Your support would help me cover essential bills and care for my daughter during this difficult time.
