<div>Seeking to raise funds for therapy costs for the girls of Camp Mystic and their families. Camp Mystic in Hunt, TX experienced catastrophic flooding overnight on 7/4/25. The Guadalupe River surged as much as 22 feet in just half an hour Friday morning to a height of 30 feet in the nearby town of Comfort in Kerr County, breaking a record that had stood for decades.The youngest cabins were swept away. About 20 girls are still missing. Helicopters conducting search rescue efforts throughout the day - finding many girls in trees miles away. Evacuation efforts will continue.

<div>I know several families that had campers there. I live in Dallas and the families affected are in my orbit. I do not have kids myself but I am known in Dallas as “Aunt Grace” to so many because I am close with my niece and nephew. I have a huge heart for kids and know the importance of therapy first hand. I am still trying to figure out the details of what to do next, especially as more information about who was impacted continues to develop. I am gathering therapist information and have it shared on the gofundme page. I am reaching out to therapists on how to proceed. I am connecting with lawyers on how to properly set up a fund and distribute to beneficiaries. I am gathering resources and trusting that God will do the rest. I appreciate you reaching out and I am open to any suggestions! I am hoping we will be able to raise enough so that many families can benefit from it. I am considering creating a “healing day” of sorts where families can grieve in community and access therapists in one place. I don’t know. I am continually praying that God will make a way for what is next and praying that the money is stewarded well. I will continue to post on my instagram and post updates in here.
