This one is personal. Her name is Esther. Prodigal Farm Ministries is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Callahan, Florida. Our mission is helping people in recovery rebuild their lives and giving animals a second chance at a forever home. Esther was fostered through our program and then adopted by PFM itself. She is part of our family. Right now her health is critical, and like so many of the people and animals we serve, she came to us with nothing — and we gave her everything we had. Now we are asking our community to help us fight for her. Your donation goes directly toward Esther's care — and toward building the capacity to help every animal like her that comes through our doors looking for their forever home. We are a family-founded, 501(c)3 non-profit organization united with the purpose of advancing Kingdom impact. Our foremost mission is to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a world in desperate need of hope and redemption. As Scripture reminds us, “Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:19–20). This calling compels us to reach those who are hurting from addiction and abuse, offering the message of salvation through Christ. We desire to help individuals discover hope in Jesus and to see themselves as God sees them—beloved creations, works in progress, and masterpieces shaped by His hand, “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works” (Ephesians 2:10a). Transformative Programs To fulfill this mission, we provide opportunities for individuals to engage in meaningful, hands-on service. One of our key initiatives involves partnering with local shelters to care for foster animals that have little chance of survival. This compassionate work not only saves lives but also fosters responsibility, empathy, and healing in those who serve. We have opportunities that they can serve the homeless and pass out donations we receive. In addition, we offer life coaching, discipleship, and access to local resources to support individuals struggling with addiction. Through these programs, participants are given the opportunity to experience renewal and restoration. As Scripture declares, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, and see, the new has come!” (2 Corinthians 5:17). Our Commitment By combining Gospel-centered discipleship with practical service and community support, we aim to provide individuals with a second chance at life — equipped with new experiences, strengthened faith, and the assurance of God’s transforming love.
