(and we are 5: my mother sisters, brothers) They will not add the names until we can prove that we have the money ready!

All that remains of their home is rubble and memories. The mother, who was solely responsible for her four children, struggles day after day amid unbearable conditions. Her husband, trapped outside Gaza due to the war, is unable to return or send aid.

<div>In the tent, the children suffer from cold, hunger, and fear. The eldest, 11, still misses his cat, which they were forced to leave behind. He always says, "If my cat were here, it would reassure me."

<div>His brother, 8, loved soccer, but no longer has a space to play or a safe place to dream.
</div>
<div>The third child, who always expressed his grief through drawing, filled his small pages with images of war, his mother's tired face, and their missing cat.
</div>
<div>As for the infant, she has known nothing but pain.  Her health is deteriorating, she suffers from cold and malnutrition, and there is no medicine at hand.

<div>The mother also faces a painful challenge: a serious injury to her foot requires urgent surgery, but in light of the collapse of the health system in Gaza, treatment has become a distant dream. She cannot stand easily or care for her children as she would like. Yet she still strives to instill hope in their hearts, repeating, "We will get through this ordeal together."

<div>With a heavy heart and a plea for urgent assistance, I am reaching out to you all amidst the dire circumstances faced by Tahani and her family in Gaza.

<div>I am a U.S citizen and Tahani Shorbajee is my aunt who resides in Gaza with her husband, 3 children, alongside her parents, three brothers, and one sister.

</div>

<div>They have tragically become victims of the ongoing conflict between Israel and Gaza, which has left their once beautiful, “dream home” demolished to rubble and ashes. In this war, her house and company were destroyed, (see photos).

<div>She lost everything and nothing remained for her. She loved her job and she loved her home.

</div>

</div>

<div>My goal in communicating is to urgently raise funds to help her family. They are in desperate need. 
</div>

<div>She wants to travel to Egypt to keep her family safe, after her children contracted hepatitis from water pollution in the war and they lost lots of weight after being nearly starved to death with limited access to food due to the control on aid trucks by Israel. 
</div>

<div>The atrocious war in Gaza destroyed everything, even their healths, leaving her and her family living in a tent, (thin white sheet) in the outskirts of Rafah for 6 months. It costs $5,000 per adult to leave Gaza and $2,500 per child.
