I have had the privilege of watching him grow into a remarkable young man with a true servant’s heart. I have seen his boldness firsthand—he has even appeared on national television to share his faith and his journey following Jesus. It is because of his character and his courage that I am honored to sponsor this campaign to help him attend Rosedale Bible College. The Vision: Cinema and the Gospel Yonatan’s dream is to bridge the gap between deep Biblical truth and the power of cinematic art. In Türkiye, there is a massive opportunity for cinematic storytelling to reach people who might never step foot in a church. His plan is to gain a deep Biblical foundation at Rosedale Bible College in Ohio and then pursue cinema studies. By integrating these two, he will be equipped to return home and reach his culture through high-quality media. Why This Mission is Strategic This isn't just about one student; it is about the future of the Turkish church. Currently, there is no accredited pathway in Türkiye for obtaining a degree in theology. For years, the church relied on international workers, but since 2018, over 200 missionaries have been deported or denied entry. The future of the church now rests on local Turkish believers. Supporting "Next Generation Leadership" is the highest priority to ensure the church is homegrown and sustainable. By helping Yonatan, we are investing in a leader who will return to his people equipped to lead and create. The Need Rosedale is a faith-centered college known for its transformative community. It is remarkably affordable—approximately $10,000 per year for full room, board, and tuition—but for a family in Istanbul facing economic instability, it is a mountain they cannot climb alone.
