Hurricane 2023 Relief Fund

<div>My Father Patrick O'Connor passed away at home with his family at his side 11/20/2022. He was diagnosed in May 2022 with stage 4 throat and lung cancer. He had radiation in June to July, which ruined his ability to eat and enjoy food. He chose to do hospice rather than chemotherapy. My Dad has never left my or my brothers side our whole life. I am asking for all his friends and family to help me with his final touches and formalities to be able to show him much love and support in the afterlife we all have for him. He loved and helped so many. I appreciate any and all donations. I will be having his funeral in January and will send the update as soon as I have all the pieces together. I thought January would be best with all the Holidays. I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year. Hug your people tight.

Funeral and Memorial for Patrick O'Connor

<div>Our brother, Spencer, has been fighting COVID and the effects since January. Despite being told he might not survive, he has persevered, vowing to recover and walk out of that hospital! Now his medical team is talking of releasing him to go home!

<div>In preparation for his transition home where he'll  continue his healing &amp; physical rehabilitation they need some items including a recliner and side table. We are hoping to make this happen as quickly as possible.  Many have asked how they could help and any help will be greatly appreciated. Help Spencer come home

<img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/51096378_1599690442170985_r.jpeg" alt="51096378_1599690442170985_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" /><br /><br />Mary and Alan have lived in Ben Lomond California for 10 years and have poured their hearts out building and designing a rustic off grid homestead for themselves, family and friends to enjoy. <br /><br />In the past weeks they were living without sleep, nervously pacing as they were evacuated from their home, 5 cats and a dog in the car. They grabbed as much as they could before they were forced to leave, with the air full of smoke. The CZU Santa Cruz and San Mateo Fires ripped through the Santa Cruz Mountains. Hundreds of structures were destroyed and unfortunately lives were lost! Mary and Alan just a few days ago were allowed back to their property after weeks of nervously scanning the internet for accurate fire maps. <br /><br /><br />The good news! Their main cabin survived. Unfortunately the fire spread almost entirely through their property taking out the cabin that their son, Noah called home. It destroyed their son, Soren's beloved Subaru, Mary's art studio, their storage trailer, their workshop (full of essential tools), entire water and energy system and years of Mary's art. <br /><br />They are going to need help. Replacing the water system and energy system alone could cost 10,000 dollars. Before they can even go back and live in their house this needs to get done, so time is of the essence! They are fortunate to have a place to stay for now, but the animals are having a really hard time adjusting, especially their blind cattle dog!<br /><br />If you can spare to donate and get them started again it would mean the world to them!

Mary and Alan's Disaster Relief Fund

A terrible tragedy happened today at the home of our dear friend and family member  Michael Love.  From what appears to be an electrical fire, Michael lost everything, including his 8 year old cat Cali, to a fire that spread rapidly throughout his home. Michael was not inside thankfully at the time but rushed to try and save his cat when he opened the door the backdraft occurred and it was too late.  All of Michael’s possessions were destroyed. Michael states that it was all just material possessions and he still has his family thank God.  <br /><br />Please help financially any way you can or just help by sharing out this campaign to others that may be able to help!   We greatly appreciate anything in advance.
