This explains how enforcing something that wasn’t legally valid caused real harm—personally, financially, emotionally, and system-wide—and why it should be corrected. It’s listing all the ways my life was harmed because a court order was enforced even though it shouldn’t have been valid in the first place. ⸻ Breakdown in normal terms: 1. Loss of freedom → Being jailed or restricted when it shouldn’t have happened → Losing basic rights (time, movement, family access) 2. Money damage → Losing income or job → Paying fines, fees, bail, or losing property 3. Physical/medical harm → Health issues from stress or incarceration → Not getting proper medical care when needed 4. Emotional/mental harm → Anxiety, fear, humiliation → Long-term stress or trauma 5. Family harm → Being kept from my child → Damage to family relationships 6. Reputation damage → People judging me unfairly → Harm to my name, career, or standing 7. Bigger system problem → When this kind of thing keeps happening, it becomes “normal” → Authorities overstep and it keeps repeating 8. What should happen about it (fixes) → Court should declare the order invalid from the start → Stop enforcement immediately → Hold people accountable if they acted wrongly → Recover legal costs ⸻ I’m preparing to take an important step that requires experienced legal representation. I have always believed that doing what is right should be enough. Acting with integrity, telling the truth, and choosing the responsible path should lead to fair outcomes. What I’ve learned is that important matters require more than good intentions — they require proper structure, experienced guidance, and the right support. I have approached this situation thoughtfully and responsibly, with a commitment to doing the next right thing. Integrity matters to me. Doing things properly matters to me. Scripture has anchored me in this process: “He has shown you what is good: to do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with your God.” — Micah 6:8 And: “Learn to do right; seek justice.” — Isaiah 1:17 These words guide how I move forward — carefully, purposefully, and with principle. Now, wisdom means recognizing that this next step should be handled with qualified legal counsel. There is much more to this story — details that could pull at your heart and perhaps change how you see things. I’ve chosen to approach this thoughtfully and with restraint. I have taken on the difficult parts myself. If you feel led to engage further, leave a comment or reach out. I’m open to meaningful connection and support in whatever way you feel comfortable. Many of you are strangers to me, yet we are connected for a reason. I’m trusting that this connection can be rooted in encouragement, integrity, and goodwill. Your support will go directly toward securing representation so this important matter can be addressed professionally and thoroughly. If you feel led to support this effort, whether through donation, sharing, or encouragement, I am truly grateful. Thank you for walking with me. — Candace Bell
