Hello, my name is Ola. I’m a caregiver, entrepreneur, and student reaching out with hope and humility as I work to stabilize my life and protect the dreams I’ve been building for years. I hold a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from my home country and earned an Associate Degree in Health Information Management here in the U.S. in 2023. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) while working full-time as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), serving others with care and compassion. Alongside my healthcare journey, I am a passionate small business owner. I run two registered businesses, including OrganicCraftsCompany, which I founded to create handcrafted, all-natural body care products made with sensitive skin in mind. My line includes cold-process soaps, body butters, soy candles, wax melts, and infused oils. I’ve won three awards at my County Fair for my work, and my products have brought joy and relief to many customers. Right now, I’ve had to temporarily pause full production while I focus on regaining financial stability. I currently store my inventory and equipment in a garage space and hope to relaunch soon once I’m back on my feet. I’ve come a long way, balancing school, work, and entrepreneurship with little outside help. At this time, I need your support to close a financial gap and avoid losing the space where I store my business tools and personal belongings. I am also trying to stay on track with my housing and essential bills while preparing to complete my remaining nursing prerequisites and take the TEAS exam.
