My father is a hardworking immigrant, and together we have been running a business for over 12 years. Our landlord recently sold the property, and after telling us we had nothing to worry about, the NEW landlord just notified us we have 90 days to move. This comes right after we stocked our shelving, paid licenses, and upgraded the unit. Not only that, but the new owner is a contractor and is planning to use the unit himself, after also telling us we had nothing to worry about. Our lease protects us a bit, but we feel the energy has shifted and are looking to embark on a new chapter. We are as prepared as you can be for these types of situations and have tons of brand new parts to sell, as our in-house inventory set aside for common services is extensive.  Come on by or message us for the location if you are new to our content. Consider it your old man’s garage sale. We are also looking to sell some personal vehicles, equipment, and tools to the everyday DIY hero as well as seasoned techs. We have a lot of sh!t. Come on down! —In addition to that, we have also decided to rebuild the engine and transmission for our work truck, just father and son like old times, to bless our situation and start a brand new business at our new location. We will be posting updates here, as this is all fresh for us. My father & I are also searching and looking for any help we can get for new locations in Gilroy. The show must go on.
