When we found Dexter, her tiny body was covered in ticks, weak, trembling, and barely holding on. She could hardly stand — but her eyes told us something powerful: she hasn’t given up. We found her on the street like this — helpless and in need of care. Despite everything she’s been through, Dexter still wags her tail when someone gently calls her name. She wants to live.
