<div>We are bringing <strong>Tethered Together to Burning Man 2025</strong>. This ancient future artifact will be a 15' tall foot wooden pyramid with climbable rope netting and interactive LEDs that will create an ecstatic response when all interactive buttons are pushed - an awe inspiring place to bring your friends for rest and play, daytime pitstop or sunrise look out!
</div>
<div><br />

<div>Check out the scaled prototype and renderings of the full structure!

<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are close to our goal and have used as many repurposed supplies as possible, but we <strong>need financial support for the large wooden beams ($1,500), metal work ($750), engineering costs ($750), transportation ($1,500) and solar ($500). </strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for contributing to making this dream happen!

<div><em>EDIT: Unexpected construction costs and LED components have required us to increase our goal to $6,500! </em>

Bring Tethered Together to Life with Us

<div><strong>Johanna was the victim of a drunk driver hit and run on her tricycle leaving work on 1.10.25 around 9pm in Culver City.</strong>

<div><span><br /></span>
</div>
<div><span>***</span><b>UPDATE 1.12.25 ***</b>
</div>
<div>As we still have support coming in I am raising the goal. Some fo<span>lks are still finding out about her injuries. Together we are building a financial cushion that will help Johanna focus on her recovery beyond what I would have imagined.</span>
</div>
<div><span><br /></span>
</div>
<div><span> We still do not know what the complete prognosis is. What I do know is the less she has to think about anything other than healing, the quicker she will heal. </span>
</div>
<div><b><br /></b>
</div>
<div><b>My heart overflows with all the love and support everyone is showing! I will update with a WhatsApp link so I can update everyone in a single place. </b><span></span>
</div>

<div><b><br /></b>

</div>

<div><span>She is stable and in the Neuro-Trauma ICU now, but sustained some serious injuries: a head laceration that resulted in swelling and blood on the brain, multiple broken ribs (a punctured lung that they tell me appears to have sealed itself), and damage to her spinal arteries (resulting in consultation from the stroke team to ensure she doesn’t go into seizures or have a stroke).</span><br />

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Culver City Police managed to apprehend the drunk driver and we will be holding them accountable to the fullest extent.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>As if the fires here in LA aren’t bad enough right now.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>At this time, we are uncertain how long she will be in the hospital. Minimum 3-4 days for the brain swelling to go down is all I’ve been told so far.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>If you know Johanna, you know that she is a very caring and active person who teaches regularly at Red Diamond Yoga in Culver City and is loved in the community.

</div>
<div><br />
</div>

<div><strong>We are beyond grateful for any and all support. As we all know, the healing process will take some time.</strong>

JOHANNA RODRIGUEZ MEDICAL RECOVERY: DRUNK DRIVER HIT AND RUN

<div>Aaron's daughter writing post:
</div>
<div>Labor day weekend September 2nd, Aaron White (Our Dad) was bitten by a brown recluse spider. For severel weeks he has been taking the necessary medications and antibiotics to heal the wound. During that time he had been playing music on and off when the pain was too much to bear, he would have others covers his performances, which we are grateful for everyone who had done that for him. A month ago the pain became unbearable and he was rushed to the ER in Tuba City and has gone through 5 surgeries to remove the infection from his foot. We had only expected him to be hospitalized for a few weeks but now are we here still a month later. Good news is the infection is now gone according to recent blood work and skin graft is pending until the his wound heals more. He has been relaying on a wound vac to help keep the area from being infected. We have countlessly tried to get approved a wound vac so he can leave the hospital with veterans benefits, and so on but have been denied each time. He will need the wound vac for another month according to the doctors this morning. Since we have been denied in order for his release he will need to pay for the wound vac out of pocket up front that will cost about $5000 for a month plus more if the wound is slower to heal. He will have to get a skin graft after the wound is healed more and may require more time with wound vac afterwards. We have been okay as family with the medical bills and lose of income for the past few months but we are here writing asking for some monetary assistance so he can be released and have the proper equipment to continue to heal. We are at a dead stop and if anyone can donate it would be much appreciated. Would also like to thank everyone who has reached out willing to help so here is a way you can help.
