Nelson Mendoza

My name is Nelson Mendoza. I'm doing this GoFundMe because I'm asking for help with car insurance payment and backed-up bills due. I haven't been able to work because of a health issue called carpal tunnel syndrome and a nerve damage that's causing me pain and muscle tightening. I really need my car insured because of my appointments and my mom's appointments. She's handicapped and she needs my attention. All I'm asking is anything could help. My surgery appointments is on the 20 of December.
