<div>I am writing on behalf of my friend Azzam, with whom I spent 5 years in a university student dorm.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Here's the last message from him:
</div>
<div>"It has been long suffering for the last 7 months, and the hope is fading daily for me and my family. There is no home, no school, no job, no hospital, and barely any food or water. Now I am desperately seeking a path to get away from here, but I need your help in this. Crossing the borders is very expensive, around 5000 USD per person. My small family has 5 members and this will cost at least 25000 USD in our case just for crossing the borders. If we manage to accomplish this mammoth challenge, there will be a long and expensive journey (costing another ~10000 USD) to the next place where we can seek refuge, perhaps in Jordan."
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79773713_1714237622364736_r." width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you are reading this and pondering upon what to do:
</div>
<div>You and I, we cannot solve this crisis in the middle-east. But, we can at least try to save a family with 3 children. I know we have the hearts and guts to do this together. I just hope that we can act before it's too late; before these children become statistics of another war.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On behalf of Azzam and his family,
</div>
<div>Nurul Momen
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Update on 01 May 2024, 07:13.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Azzam is on the way to the border to apply for a visa that will cost him $5000. He is going to pay for it from his own pocket, which is basically all that he has at the moment. This amount is probably the lifeline for the entire family to survive with basic needs. He is also leaving behind his family with three small children.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Once in Egypt, he'll have several options to receive the money, e.g., westernUnion, Ria, and bank transfer. Azzam has already sent the details for his own bank account.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now, we better make sure that we have that amount READY to transfer. This amount is ESSENTIAL to submit visa applications for the rest of the family. If we fail to do so, Azzam will go back empty handed to his family while losing all of his lifetime savings and the last chance of survival!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are hoping to raise half of the sum by this week. Hence, our cumulative effort is the last resort for the reminder of this mammoth total, which can be proven to be puny should we all step up together.
</div>

SOS: help my friend to save his family from war!

<div>Help Bring Back Cloud Kitchen 51 — $5 Feeds Someone in Need

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>My name is Muhammad Rahman, and in 2024 I started a small project called Cloud Kitchen 51. It began with one simple idea:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>“A $5 meal that brings dignity, warmth, and hope.”

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>For a full year, I cooked and delivered low-cost meals to anyone in my community who needed help — seniors, struggling families, homeless neighbors, or anyone going through a hard time. No judgment. No questions. Just food.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Cloud Kitchen 51 fed hundreds of people, one bowl at a time.

</div>

<div>But eventually, I ran out of personal funding. I had no sponsors, no organization behind me — just my own savings and a desire to serve. When the money ran out, I had to pause the kitchen, and it felt like losing a piece of myself.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I miss feeding people.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I miss showing up with something warm on a cold day.

</div>

<div>I miss seeing someone’s face light up when they realize the food is free.

</div>

<div>I miss helping people feel human again.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>⭐ My mission now

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I want to restart Cloud Kitchen 51 — this time with your support — to bring back the $5 meal program:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>$5 = 1 Bowl of Food

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>$3 goes to ingredients

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>$2 goes to labor, cooking, and delivery so the project stays sustainable

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Every donation directly creates real meals for real people.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>❤️ Why this matters

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Food insecurity is rising.

</div>

<div>People are struggling silently.

</div>

<div>A single meal can be the difference between despair and hope for someone.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Cloud Kitchen 51 is small, local, and personal — and that’s why it works.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div> How you can help

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Any amount helps:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>$5 feeds 1 person

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>$25 feeds 5 people

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>$50 feeds 10 people

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>$100 feeds 20 people

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>If you can’t donate, please share the campaign.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Together, we can bring back something beautiful — a kitchen built on compassion, dignity, and community.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Thank you for believing in this mission.

</div>

<div>Thank you for helping me feed people again.

</div>

<div><br />
