I’m starting this fundraiser for <strong>Roxy</strong>, my dog and emotional support companion. Right now, Roxy is facing a very serious medical emergency. She has a serious infection in her uterus, and it needs to be removed right away through emergency surgery. This has been heartbreaking and overwhelming because Roxy is not just my pet, she has been by my side through one of the hardest times in my life. After my dad passed away, Roxy gave me comfort, love, and support when I needed it most. Now she needs urgent help, and I want to do everything I can to save her life.

 I’m asking for help to cover the cost of Roxy’s surgery so she can get the treatment she needs as soon as possible. Any support, no matter the amount, would mean so much to me and would go directly toward helping Roxy get this lifesaving procedure. <div>Tuesday morning brought heartbreaking news to our community. Our colleague and friend, Grissel, faced an unimaginable tragedy when a fire engulfed her family home. In those desperate moments, Grissel, her mother, her younger brother and sister, her partner, and her precious baby daughter watched helplessly as their entire world turned to ashes. We are incredibly fortunate to know that they are safe and recovering, but unfortunately, they've lost everything else.

<div>On Monday, August 28, 2023, Terran Vandiver and Lorenzo Snell sadly were victims in the BSO Fire and Rescue helicopter crash in Pompano Beach, Florida.

<div>During this tragic accident, our family lost everything. We lost our mother, Joyce Scott, in October 2022. She lived in the home for 3 years, creating many memories with our siblings. We lost our youngest sibling in August 2021. The apartment was all we had left of to enjoy those joyous memories. The urns of our mother and brother were lost in the destruction. As you can imagine, this is an extremely difficult time for our family. Terran, Lorenzo and young sister lost all of our belongings . Our youngest sister thankfully was not home at the time. As our family tries to rebuild, we are humbly asking the community to help in any way possible. Clothes, shoes, food and donations of any kind would be greatly appreciated. We are grateful and blessed for our brothers to live another day and survive this bizarre event. As many are mourning from this tragedy, we pray for those families and send our sincere condolences.

Recovery of Ezra astrosfest

<p>UPDATE: We are still raising funds to help Adrean continue doing things on his bucket list as well as some things that he needs medically to give him the best quality of life that he can have…all things considered. We are trying to purchase him a new electric wheelchair as he is growing out of his and the Insurance company is fighting us tooth &amp; nail to replace his. Instead they just continue sending someone out to make adjustments to it which there’s only so much they can adjust. Also, we need to purchase a lift to help lift Adrean in/ out of the shower and his wheelchair, as he is now 15 yrs old and as you can see from the pictures, he has grown a great deal… and this guy is HEAVY!!!. <p>Hello everyone,we are raising money to have the necessary equipment installed on our SUV to transport Adreans electric wheelchair. This will allow him attend activities and spend time with his family as any normal child. Adrean has also created a " Bucket List" of things he'd like to do/ places he'd like to go. The funds will go towards this also. He was diagnosed with Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy in 2018 and his health is declining. As his health starts to decline i am unable to work to make sure that Adrean is taken care of around the clock. This unfortunately puts all of the financial responsibility on my husband to take care of everything working very long hours to keep us alfoat. It was a tough decision to reach out for help, but the bible says " Ask and it shall be given", So we are asking for your help, to try to give Adrean a life as close to normal as we possibly can for as long as God blesses Adrean to be here with us.. We did have a " Paypal" fundraiser set up as well, but we have opted to close that one down due to several issues that we encountered with the site. Please rest assured that if you sent a donation via PayPal we did receive it. And we are FOREVER GRATEFUL!!We were told that that account would still remain visible for 5-7 business days but we completely shut off donations to PayPal. We are still in need of funds for a number of different things for Adrean, so anything that you are able to donate would be greatly appreciated. All donations should be made here.
